All I’m gonna say is if any single one of you are harassing others about OC/canon ships, stop it. Seriously.

Because it’s honestly petty and childish at best. You want your OCs to be popular? Go make your own content and post and share it so ppl become aware of your OCs. Because here’s the cold, hard truth: if you put half as much energy into creating and actually sharing your work to find your own crowd, instead of hating on ppl bc of your own envy as you do harassing others, you’d find your own following.

And you have to be consistent with it. It takes work and you have to be willing to put the work in to promote it. The ppl who you make fun of or harass got their following bc they were brave enough to actively engage, create, share, and talk about what they made to get them noticed and people interested. But don’t go around berating or harassing others because at the end of the day, instead of the attention you crave, all you’ll have is an empty longing with nothing productive to show for it while others are out there making things happen.

Ask any creator, they do envy others. It happens to all of us, but we channel that into fuel after allowing ourselves to feel it out and get back into it. Y’all should do the same.

Bepo tries to find him, but comes back saying the world inside the tear makes no sense and is impossible to navigate logically. So, they send in the guy whose sense of direction is completely illogical as well.

But Doflamingo wants Law back home and has pulled enough strings to fuck with his visa and immigration status and he might have to leave the East Blue. It seems hopeless. But nothing is ever hopeless when Luffy gets an idea. And two men who feel lost, will very much be found.

I already answered 1, so I'll skip that and go to the next one! 40. Do you tend to reread fics or are you a one-and-done kind of person?

I DO have fics I do go back and read!!! Usually, it's stories that wind up having a lot of depth to them because I really enjoy seeing what I missed the first time around, or just genuinely enjoyed, in general, how characters were written, or specific scenes that captivated me and still have a hold on me YEARS AND YEARS later. Pretty much anything in my bookmarks are fics I have reread multiple times, or are there so I can re-read later!

1. What fic of yours would you recommend to someone who had never read any of your work? (In other words, what do you think is the best introduction to your fics?)

It would likely be my Heart(beat) Pirates Week 2024 collection! I tend to be more of a character driven writer than a plot one (as much as I wish I was,) so I feel like this would be a good neutral introduction!

5. What do you wish someone would ask you about [insert fic]? Answer it now!

Tbh, I don't know that I have a specific question about any of my fics I would love to answer, as surprising as that may be. But I will say, there's a few fics I'd love to rework and update. I love all of them dearly, but there are certainly some that I probably would have gone a different direction with. Such as the fic I did for the kidlaw zine -since I'd really like there to be more of a focus on lawzokidkil winding up together as a whole, but due to the constraints of the zine, I had to primarily focus on Kidlaw. Plus there are some story beats from the game ffxiv that I do what to expand on and see how the four would navigate them.
