My dear followers. We have come to the end of another adventure. :(
It is important to consider this course's advantages and disadvantages as we say goodbye to this life-changing experience. The course's strength was its extensive instruction, which skillfully blended theoretical understanding with real-world applications. A significant shortcomings, though, was the occasional unpredictability in the section's tempo, which affected the entire flow. For me, the assignments were stimulating and demanding at the same time, encouraging me to consider things from different angles. The least preferred task required significant data analysis and presented a challenging learning pattern, while the most pleasurable task was a collaborative effort that encouraged teamwork and creativity. A more simplified schedule and extra assistance for difficult assignments would improve the course. I would advise upcoming students to seize opportunities, develop an optimistic mindset toward studying, and make use of the tools at their grasp. Professionally, this course has greatly aided in my continued development in the workplace by helping me advance my analytical abilities, promote teamwork, and offer useful insights relevant to my profession.

Today I will tell you about the AI integrated teaching material I made with my friend Zeynep Yurt. In creating this AI-integrated teaching material for high-school prep students, careful consideration was given to engaging and effective language learning experiences. The focus on party time vocabulary allowed for a dynamic exploration of language through a pre-task brainstorming session, a targeted task using the QuillBot AI tool for vocabulary enhancement, and a reflective post-task discussion. The sequential approach aimed to provide students with a comprehensive and interactive learning journey, utilizing technology to expand their vocabulary in a contextually relevant manner. The incorporation of QuillBot not only facilitated language refinement but also encouraged students to reflect on the nuances of word choices in expressing their ideas about party time.

Hello friends. Today, we created AR/VR Integrated teaching material with my friend Zeynep yurt. Creating this material was very fun and useful. I also learned many things on this path that I set out to teach something. First of all, we chose the location we would introduce, gave a lot of information about it and we had a virtual trip to London. These technologies offer simulated environments where language learners can engage in real-life scenarios, enhancing their language skills through practical application. AR applications, such as language translation overlays in real-time, facilitate contextual learning, while VR environments enable students to virtually visit foreign locations or participate in language-rich simulations. These technologies foster a more dynamic and experiential language learning process, making it both engaging and effective for students to practice and improve their language proficiency. Today I will tell you about our flipped teaching video. The flipped classroom approach involves reversing the traditional teaching methods. Students learn the lesson content at home through videos, readings, or other resources, and class time is dedicated to activities, discussions, and applying the knowledge. This method fosters active learning and allows for more personalized interaction between students and teachers. However, its effectiveness depends on students' access to resources outside of class and their self-discipline. In language classes, the flipped approach can offer opportunities for immersive practice and real-life application, but it might pose challenges in ensuring all students engage with the materials effectively. Our task was to prepare a video with a party-themed vocabulary. We voiced this video with my friend zeynep yurt. We used the animaker application while preparing this video. That tool supports the flipped classroom approach by providing resources, interactivity, and collaborative opportunities for students to engage with the learning material outside of the traditional classroom environment. I know it's been a long time. I came here to tell you about our experience. with my friend. Today, I prepared corpus based material with my friend Doğa. okay but what is it? Corpus-based material refers to linguistic resources derived from a corpus, which is a large and structured collection of texts or spoken language data. These materials are used in language learning, linguistic analysis, and various other linguistic studies. Students will acquire a deeper understanding of language usage in context, enhancing their comprehension of grammar rules, idiomatic expressions, and nuanced vocabulary. This material enables them to recognize how words and phrases function within specific contexts, promoting more natural and fluent language production.
The target audience for this material could vary from intermediate to advanced-level language learners, seeking to refine their language skills. The grammar focus might center on complex sentence structures, verb tenses, prepositions, or idiomatic expressions, while the vocabulary emphasis could include synonyms, collocations, or word usage nuances.
Implementing corpus-based material in a classroom might encounter some challenges. Firstly, the reliance on authentic texts might expose students to more complex language structures than they are accustomed to, potentially overwhelming some learners. Moreover, the volume and variety of data in corpora could be daunting to navigate, necessitating guidance to extract relevant information effectively. Additionally, the authenticity of the language might lead to exposure to slang, regional dialects, or outdated expressions, posing difficulties in understanding for some students.

As you understand, we can say that we have come to the end of my experience. I will summarize to you all my experiences. first of all, I should say that I did not know that technology could be integrated into teaching so much. My views have changed a lot. I learned in the activities we did that these tools can actually be instructive and that each tool can be adjusted according to the level of the person to whom it will be taught. So, it may be a better opportunity, especially for young learners because It arouses more curiosity in learning. If you ask me which tool I liked the most, although I don't know why, I had the most fun preparing podcasts and public announcement services. I think it was fun to ask people their thoughts while making a podcast and I can also say that I was attracted to try to come up with new ideas about public service announcement (psa). not to be like praising, the psa filming idea we produced belonged to me and the stage of thinking about it amused me a lot. what I want to say is that forcing learners to think and produce can sometimes create very creative ideas. As you can see from the title, I designed a magazine cover today. Contrary to the usual, this time the task was an individual assignment. Actually, it was a simple and enjoyable task for me. Although I didn't understand what to do at first, I came across many examples when I entered the postermywall site. I can say that it was a useful tool for me. By the way, we could have prepared posters in many areas, but I chose fashion. I think it was more attractive to me. First I was looking for a suitable photo for the cover. After looking through some photos of lili reinhart, I thought I had found the appropriate photo. Then I completed the shortcomings by researching what should be on the cover of a magazine. Digital Storytelling: Making Public Service Announcement
Hello to everyone
I've come to tell you about our public service announcement (psa) work. If you need to visualize in your mind what a public service announcement is, this is the definition: public service announcement (PSA) is a message in the public interest disseminated by the media without charge to raise public awareness and change behavior. First of all, Zeynep Furkan and I started thinking about an impressive problem. Due to the large number of buildings in the city of Istanbul where I live, I thought an idea that we could create awareness of concreting . At this point, firstly, we did a few filming. We took some videos of the trees in the fields and then in a built area. Finally, we have edited comparing these. I can say that this was the most fun among the activities we did. If we talk about the benefits of digital storytelling, : Digital stories can appeal to diverse learning styles, allowing instructors to present abstract or conceptual information in a more understandable way. In this way, we actually acquaire a different dimension to learning in the 21st century.

Hello to everyone I'm here to tell you about a different experience. We had to prepare a vox-pop podcast with at least 10 different voices with my friend zeynep. We chose to ask 10 people a question and after some thought, we determined a question, who would it be if you wanted to be a celebrity. We asked our questions with 10 different people, combined them and edited . If we were to make a comparison, of course, I was surprised that there were 2 Halsey fans. We wanted to put music in the background, but unfortunately the application we edited did not allow it. Zeynep gave the opening speech and I made the closing. this practice can be very helpful in teaching. because it has a share in revealing many talents such as listening, if it can be combined with other activities. ABOUT PADLET WİTH MY EXPERİENCE.
Together with my friends, we created a padlet page. There may be someone among you who says what is a padlet page. I'll tell you right away, my friends. Here is a page where articles are written about, firstly, what we already know about a topic, secondly, what we want to know, and thirdly, what we have learned. our topic was bullying and we wrote different articles with my friend Şevval Zeynep Doğa by doing research on this subject and we learned while writing at the same time. I think Padlet helped me a lot to learn in the field of what would I like to learn, because at that moment I thought about what would I like to learn, and I put forward the things I was curious about. And in the next section, I learned the answers. It was both a group work and a useful activity for us. An application method that may be useful if we have teacher candidates. I find it very useful to have such pages in today's technological age, frankly, it pushes people to learn spontaneously. There is nothing like having experienced the tool I can use as a teacher candidate myself!

21st century learning.
The goal of 21st century learning is to provide students with the skills like critical thinking and problem-solving knowledge they need to in both the workplace and in life. Learning is a essential activity for me as a teacher candidate. If I want to teach something to this generation, It is necessary to develop a teaching style that I will address to this generation. Technology has also affected and changed learning. In this case, we need to master the developing technology because current children are growing up with technology. In other words, current children are digital natives. Okay technology affects learning but how? Let’s talk about it. Firstly, as I told you first sentence 21st century learning provide a lot of skills for us. For example, it provide us to easily access information and evaluate it and analyz or we not only process the information provided, but also produce content. Ok we got it too. I also want to focus on my own field. Why is it important for language learning? I think language learning gains more importance with the 21st century because many situations such as globalization, gaining status have emerged with the oppurtunities provided by the 21st century. In this instance, there are numerous options for students to acquire language thanks to technology. For example, getting information is relatively simple for students. As a result, we as teacher can be more effective for digital natives by integrating this into our lectures.
