Gottlieb Xinger.

After several play sessions with him in Curse of Strahd he revealed himself to be a “tired dad” archetype. He answers every call for help in Barovia Villiage (but with a sigh), he teaches his 18-years-old wizard partymate life and survival lessons, he chuckles about “weird outsiders” with a local shop owner and was deemed trustworthy by a local priest, as he lost his son, and Gottlieb looks over orphans back at his home city whenever he’s not hunting. The priest trusted a drow the most! Our DM was wheezing.

I firmly believe he sleeps in his judge robe so that he's 24/7 ready to slay ✨ (can't afford getting caught lacking style).

But for "scientific purpose", I'll dress him up in a night gown 🌚

As for his room, I don't think it'd be anything special.

Sure, it's probably impractically large but I imagine it to be just as empty (like the big-ass chamber we see him singing hellfire in).

The little furniture he has is of fine craftsmanship though. Pops still has a sense of fashion 😌

Oh... interesting question tbh :)) the answer is...... no, I didn't even have a thought about that, but when I read this, it stuck in my head a whole day thinking about how he would look like lmao.

Well...I don't think he can grow a beard and he certainly won't like the feeling of having a beard. Based on his face shape, I think a mustache would look better.

But nah, I think...he looks perfect already and doesn't need any changes or extra stuff.

Argynvost, the fallen dragon.

I had my character die in Argynvostholt, a castle from The Curse of Strahd, when the party was fighting a cursed dragon shadow. After that, I asked my DM whether I could use the NPC dragon as my new PC character, and he allowed it. We made a white Dragonborn, sorcerer of draconic blood.

Meet playable Argynvost. He’s behaving himself as if he’s still a mighty dragon while having a weak faulty body. Resurrection made him corrupted. He’s rather self-centered, unyielding, stubborn and trigger-happy, but his one and only goal is saving Barovia, his country, from evil undead. Nothing can stop him, and he inspires other to follow him in battle.

Frollo headcanon design thing

Wanted to make my own version of his outfit :)

I added items he already had in the movie but kept hidden or just randomly summoned (Dagger, cape). Plus used a lot of references of period typical outfits and added elements from those that I liked (Belt, bag, necklace, changed the sleeves).

I was also inspired by his version in the 1939 film and also the embroidery on the Tokyo Disneyland (?) costume of him.

Sorry if there’s historical inaccuracies lol I’m no expert
