As Rainlash’s feelings grow stronger for her best friend, Ivygaze sets her sights on leadership, leaving her behind.

Not the proudest of this one. The shading is kinda weird and it’s not the most original of compositions but I put a lot of effort in so I thought I’d post.

This is about 2 years old now and the idea of redrawing it is so exciting to me. There’s a lot of changes I’d make with the rendering and colors but this is still extremely impressive as far as my art goes. Very proud of myself even 2 years later.

Not to mention this was drawn with my finger on my phone 😭. Cannot do that anymore.

Important! Do not look for meaning in the statistics of the cards and their consistency in the game. These maps are based on the statistics of the Rain World game. Also, I did not add new symbols so that people looking at the cards immediately understood what the meaning was, and did not try to find a description of a new symbol. Thanks for understanding

I also made it so that Downpour characters are rare cards.(I do not know why, but let it be..)

Project Dragon was a game that was in development for 3 years only to be canceled weeks from its announcement and its entire art and development team laid off by the Phoenix Labs. The game (which would have been called 'Everhaven' upon release) was intended to be a multiplayer sandbox rpg taking inspiration from both Minecraft and Breath of the Wild, with an art style similar to that of the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, which some of the team members also worked on along with Crash Bandicoot 4.

According to character design/illustrator Nicolas Kole "Our cancelled project of the last 3 years is officially, truly dead as of today (internal attempts to save it failed), and the embargo on the whole body of portfolio work has been lifted". This means that the only way the game has a chance of resuming development is by raising awareness and spreading the word of it's development.
