Which of the love interests from your game would you recommend for a shy, goofy girl?

Hear me out, I think Rayon would be a good fit.

He’s fairly forward but in a sweet, not pushy way. It’s obvious that he’s into you from the start, so there’s not a lot of that back and forth confusion. And not to give too much away, but I think his story works great with a sweet and shy s/o that can balance out his extravertedness

This is Naeem! He owns the bookstore where the player works. He took it over after his parents retired and does his best to honor the family business

This is Luca! He’s an up and coming actor who’s only really found success in rom coms. He comes into the bookstore looking for some plays to read and help his performance.

This is the side couple from my newest book and I cannot wait to show off their progression in the sequel. Their story is a major driving force in the novel

For those asking, yes, my main character is meant to be Indian (or at least the fantasy equivalent) and I did this for several reasons

1. I wanted people to think about the relationship between Indian and England when they read the book

2. I wanted to have a kingdom whose royalty was white for a long time that now has a queen that is a woman of color as a way of visually showing how the royal family and the nation as a whole has changed. She reflects the cultural shift

3. (Spoilers)

I wanted to make sure it wasn’t obvious that her and Malachi are related. On top of that, I wanted to create a barrier between the two of them that they could then cross. Yes they have different skin colors, but they bond over the fact that they both have magic and look past their races. They are meant to represent the ideal society that I want to see in the world
