I think there is a charm to have very limited information. You have more flexibility of making your own interpretation.

[ To anyone who's probably been wondering why I haven't been active, despite my unceremonious return to regularly prowling with this account... ]

It's not so much an excuse of my not knowing what to do anymore as much as it is having difficulty motivating myself to write here again. An absence of a few months would naturally leave someone a little out of touch with their character, particularly one with a set-up like Hagakure's here that was never properly written out for the sake of easy access and reference.

I also don't want to relegate the problem of my own hesitancy to the state of the community, but I will say I feel rather out of touch with everyone here as well. That's probably my fault for not staying in touch, save for a small number of you that did happen to catch my personal or otherwise contact me on Skype (which has been acting up, so I swear I haven't been ignoring you if I haven't answered).

Really, I'm not sure where to begin picking up where I left off, if I'm allowed to do that. I have thirteen old drafts sitting around, and I have no idea whether the people I owe them to want me to respond to them at all, by this point. Initiating RP's has always been a problem for me as well, so I'm not sure that's a problem that's particularly new to the situation.

tl;dr, I'm not sure whether my absence is actually abolished at this point. It's just following in a vicious circle. I don't know how to get back into character without interacting with more people, but I'm not sure how I could possibly go about interacting with people when I can't figure out my character.

Oh well. I don't want to say it's time to quit for good but it may well be.

Details, details, Tsumiki-chi. I'd be happy to indulge, for a little bit. But maybe not now. There's still a lot that isn't set in stone.

Gotta say though, you keep up with all this innovation really well. Dunno how you get hold of all these ideas sometimes.

He sighed, a tired smile painted across his face. It was an argument they had gone over more than once, always the sticking point, though rarely did they bother to state it all so explicitly. "I think your brother will be fine, little Oowada-chi," Hagakure said softly, stroking the top of her head to try and ease the look of concern and irritation that had come across her. "You don't have to worry about him. Oowada-chi'll be fine. Cutting it a little close to be pulling surprises on them, y'know? If I play this off right, I might still get through all of this." It was an empty promise, really, but how would she have known?

"Yes, together," she grumbled, annoyed at his persistence. She knew where the chloroform was, and even though she refused to actually use it on him, there were times she actually considered just drugging him and dragging him and the chickens out to some desolate place, maybe like an island, consequences be damned. This was definitely one of those moments. “‘N’ as long as there’s a chance for Mondo to be in danger, I ain’t goin’ anywhere. Ya should fuckin’ know that by now…"
