Xylena Hoppen finished 4th in Varsity, Yannick Hoppen second in 2015. Today it was Zander Hoppen turn at Vail Lake. The little bugger was leading the race and finishing second. Stupidproud off my off springs for standing on the podium every time they race there. I promise, Tonight’s dinner will be warm for a change. You deserved the extra treats. (at Vail Lake)

A really great day is when you come up with a multimillion business start up idea how to really loose 6 pound of unnecessary body weight in only 7 hours. FDA approved that the loss is real with witnesses and evidence. It was left in the trash can today to avoid smell after a while, though. We would still have to work on some minor adjustments. Like cancer, bye-bye colon, and costs. Feeling already much better and lighter. Hey, it is a start up! Bad day is when you wake up after that training procedure and think you see your amazing doctor team staring at you. First thought was: “I hope they did not had to YouTubeHoToRemoveABowel” this morning. Then it is time better to go to sleep again. (at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center)
