Character: Catelyn Stark

BASIC

Catelyn Stark is the daughter of Minisa Whent and Lord Hoster Tully. She is Eddard Stark's lady wife and the mother of five children-- Robb Stark, Brandon Stark, Sansa Stark, Arya Stark and Rickon Stark

HISTORY

Catelyn is the eldest daughter of Hoster Tully and Minisa Whent. She is the sister of the Lady Lysa Tully, and spent her childhood in Riverrun, befriending a boy from the Fingers (Petyr Baelish). The man had fallen in love with her, but when he asked for her hand she didn't agree, seeing him as a little brother and nothing more. 

At the age of twelve, Catelyn was to be wed to Brandon Stark who was the heir to Winterfell. Her family wished to tie the family together and bring about an alliance. Petyr Baelish, angry and young, sought a battle between him and Brandon. Brandon Stark won without an effort and spared Baelish in response to Catelyn's plea.

Unfortunately, Catelyn's betrothal to Brandon Stark ended when he was killed by Aerys in King's Landing. Hoster Tully still wanted to keep the alliance going between the Starks and Tullys, so she was later wed to the second eldest in the family line, Eddard Stark, who was now to be heir of Winterfell. Catelyn moved to Winterfell, where she and him developed a strong marriage and bred five children: Robb, Sansa, Arya, Bran and Rickon.

Just so everyone knows: this is for people who haven't read the books and are looking for a way to know more. Or for rping too but yeah

Brandon Stark, sometimes called Bran, is the youngest whelp of Eddard Stark and Catelyn Tully. He loved to climb before he fell, which was the doing of the Kingslayer, or Jaime Lannister. Bran became a cripple in the beginning-middle of the first book of aSoIaF, and is usually accompanied by his direwolf, Summer. The boy has prophetic dreams, or as some people call it-- "green dreams". He is played by Isaac Hempstead-Wright in the TV show. He is one of the major POV characters in the books.

Arya Stark, youngest sister.

Rickon Stark, youngest brother.

Jon Snow, his bastard half brother.

What are your thoughts on Daenerys? I see everyone hates that she is always at the end of seasons. Opinions?

I love Daenerys. I do. But sometimes, yeah, it gets a little tiring when they end the seasons with her. But that doesn't mean that she isn't important. I've been seeing that they wanted s3 to end with lady Stoneheart but the thing they fail to remember is that Stoneheart was the epilogue. Either way I would have liked to see at least the Starks or the Lannisters end the seasons. 

It would have been nice for the Red Wedding to end the season because then it would have had people biting their nails and wanting more. 

But for my thoughts on Dany well, she's a wonderful character. That is all c;
