Maybe a baby blue or a pastel teal would work.
They’re associated with childhood and are more calming colors.
Outside of looking blood with that paint job, red wouldn’t be a good choice anyway as it’s a stronger, bolder, and aggravating color. Also, why would you want evoke feelings of love, lust, or passion in a children’s hospital anyways?
