Letter From the Editor...
Hello! Just wanted to let you all know that I have not abandoned this blog. I’ve been dealing with terrible art block recently, as well as becoming increasingly busy...I feel awful because there are still several asks in the inbox that I want to reply to, but drawing responses isn’t coming easily to me right now. Hopefully, this will change soon. Also, the blog turned one year old this month! I wanted to thank everyone who has followed/reblogged/liked/sent questions. It’s been a lot of fun getting to interact with you guys, and I’m sure Mr. P appreciates it too ;) -Ed.

Hmm...
No one seems to judge Miss Anne Geddes when she chooses to portray infants as various flora and fauna.
Perhaps it is because I am a dog? Oh dear... -Mr. Peabody

Sherman and I would like to wish all of you a happy, healthy, and prosperous new year. We traditionally go down to Times Square to watch the ball drop, but we've decided that this year, at precisely the stroke of midnight, we will be taking the WABAC on a trip to revisit last New Year's Eve, simply because we can. After all, what good is a time machine if you cannot take it on an occasional frivolous spin every now and then? Here's hoping Sherman is able to stay awake long enough. Perhaps I will let him try some espresso. Just this once.
Warmest wishes to you and yours, Mr. Peabody and Sherman

Happy Thanksgiving!
Hello, all. Peabody here.
I had hoped to have a post up for you all today, but in between spending the morning watching the parade with Sherman, preparing a 4 course turkey dinner, and taking a quick WABAC trip to Plymouth Rock, things have been rather hectic here at the Peabody residence. I did, however, want to take a moment to express my best wishes and gratitude to all of my Tumblr followers on this day of thanks, for your questions, kindness, and of course, your undying admiration.
Now if you'll excuse me, I must go assist Sherman in the kitchen. I'm teaching him how to make my favorite dessert...punkin pie.

//Thanks!
Thanks to everyone who messaged me regarding the image quality problems I've been having. I've edited the most recent post, so it should display properly now...I'll try to get around to editing older posts when I get a chance.

//image problems
Can anyone help me understand why the longer form ask responses that I’ve been posting look so low-res and blurry? Does it have something to do with the size of the image? The resolution? It’s driving me crazy! Help! -Ed.

I appreciate a good campfire story just as much as anyone...though I do prefer ones with an educational component, particularly those involving mankind's storied (and often sordid) history.
Sherman prefers stories about ghosts.

Sherman has insisted on a fairly traditional camping experience, but I reserve the right to work a few of my own ‘creature comforts’ into the proceedings…

I’ve taken it upon myself to show Sherman that one needn’t travel to an out-of-state summer camp to experience the splendor of nature...
He’ll thank me later.
