Has your poison training affected your immune system? I can’t imagine you wouldn’t have any negative effects from your rigorous training

it was certainly easier to catch infections while actively training, that’s why we mostly got sick during childhood. the immune system is definitely overwhelmed at this point

at a certain age doses become lower, just enough to maintain a tolerance and this allows the immune system to recover and get stronger

but yeah, persistent infections were definitely a big issue growing up. milluki and kalluto both got strep a lot and i had a bunch of uti’s as a kid

hi anon, thanks for your concern. i’m actually not sick anymore but i appreciate the sentiment.

from what i’ve experienced myself and what i’ve seen in my siblings, we get sick pretty frequently from ages 3-7 and then rarely ever after that

unfortunately, i have sporadic periods of extreme nausea from time to time. they started when i was around 11 and there’s seemingly no cause. annoying.
