sayori: i’m not exactly medicated for it yet, but i’m getting there!

sayori: as for when depression hits in public… i suggest going somewhere where you feel safe or at ease. in classes or restaurants, excuse yourself and take some deep breaths and a water break at the restroom. at the mall, head to your favourite store or buy a small snack at the food court. it’s okay to take a few minutes or so to clear your head! 

sayori: just try your hardest to focus on something else, and distract yourself until you feel stable again. just keep looking up and remember that there’s always tomorrow to try again! it is definitely 1000 times easier said than done, but people are always there if you need it; including me!

sayori: but that doesn’t matter. we’re all living, we’re all talking, we’re all here!

sayori: the fact that we aren’t truly real won’t stop us from understanding that every each and one of us deserves to live! 

sayori: even if i can’t bring myself to be as positive as i can be, i want to help you guys do that. and knowing i can help you guys, that makes me pretty happy.
