Old grandma anon- The mf drama 😳😳 Tbh I think I left before people started bringing Hetalia to discord because I have absolutely NO idea how to even work discord LMAO I.... I just always go back to stumbling across old hetalia cosplay videos and realize how unfunny they actually are 5 years later 😳 And how are some of the fan service videos still up 👀👀👀 and why did hetalia become one of the first fandoms to introduce soft pr°n to cosplay videos 🤢🤢 I just have so many questions lol

I wasnt a fan of discord either, but then i tried it out and now its a place where i get my social life from XD 

I have no idea from fan service videos cause i never watched something like that. And until now i had no idea from soft porn hetalia vids? XD I used to watch the cosplay videos where people played a story in their cosplay or made short comedy videos. I still think they are great and I still enjoy to watch them. The people in these videos are having  fun with their friends and it makes me kinda happy to see this. I wish i had done something like this, but i dont have friends *sad noises*

Old hetalia grandma anon- I definitely haven’t been in the fandom as long as you have LOL, but I definitely remember it being the epitome of my intermediate-middle school experience (can’t tell if it’s a bad thing or not yikes) That was definitely back in 2013? I think? I love talking to Muns! I didn’t know people still used that term anymore 😭😭 Still, I’m glad people are continuing to enjoy hetalia (even if it’s dead) I definitely agree that there should be some sort of reboot soon.

I really wouldnt say its dead, but it isnt as active as it used to be. The thing is, even though I made this blog last year, I got quite a lot followers and a lot of people reblog and like my stuff so i can definitely say that people are still there and interested in hetalia and stuff. 

There is actually one thing i would be afraid of if hetalia got bigger again, as we saw i think this year in spring or end last year (?) a lot of people started to hate hetalia for things that happened in the past when the fandom was very big and started attacking ask blogs, raiding hetalia discords, etc. I wasnt attacked (idk how) but I saw many people being attacked. I think we live in very weird times now, where people just jump on the hate train without informing theirselves on the things they hate on, they just hear “thats bad blabla” from others and start with the raiding (i think the best example is the james charles drama, if you heard of that). I didnt say anything by that time, because no one attacked me so for me there was no reason, but it made me very angry and it still makes me angry when i think about it. The whole situation was so very pointless. And Im kinda scared it could happen again. I dont really care being attacked but im just scared for people that cant handle this.

I am.... coming across multiple hetalia blogs that are active and have good art like yours.... I’m so old I didn’t know the community was even slightly active (I’m having 2015-2017 flashbacks)

Hello! I wish it was a bit more active again, I know hetalia since like 2012 but I couldnt speak english so I missed out on all the active fandom days (sometimes Im also glad because I heard it was hell too xD). 2014 I wrote fanfics in my native language but that pretty much was it for me. I lost interest for a while and last year I came back cause idk i just cant escape hetalia, i just really like the nordics.  Ah I believe it would be so much more fun with more ask blogs and stuff! I really wish the fandom was more active again. But i dont think it will ever die out. Maybe if the series would be promoted more and hima would give us more content it would be more active again and more new people would get interested in it.
