Yoko’s Solitary Plan pt. 4
Yoko arched a fine brow at the mention of waffles. She also couldn't help but smile. Of course Yabuki-kun would indulge himself on sweet, baked goods.
"Okay then," she began, "Do you know any places that make them very well, Yabuki-kun?" Yoko inquired. "They aren't all that common here, especially around Namidabashi, you know."
"Yeah... its not the particular Hometown Flavor." Joe replied. "Ah, wait just a second, I think I may know a place! I've been there once or twice before." Joes eyes lit up at the memories, and he continued rubbing his chin and contemplating.
Yoko, still sitting at ringside took the trousers that Joe had thrown to her, and as he stood in thought, she threw them back at him and hopped off the ring. Hitting him square in the head, the pants uncrumpled, wrapping a leg around his neck, they hung around his face.
"Hey!! What's the matter?" Joe asked.
Yoko sauntered toward Joe slowly. With each step, she swayed her hips a little extra, and watched Joe's gaze as he was surely noticing this.
"Just because I'm wearing your sweater, Joe..." Yoko started, still moving towards him. "that doesnt mean I'm wearing the rest of your clothes too!" she almost laughed.
Joe watched curious as ever, as Yoko quickly scooped up her lavender dress, and backed into the shower room.
"Just give me a moment to change back... I think it would raise more suspicion if there appeared to be two Joe Yabuki's having a quiet breakfast together.."
Yoko closed the door to the shower room, and quickly began to change back into her dress. Joe's thoughts drifted for a moment to the idea of there being two of himself. A wide smile crept across his face. He imagined sparring himself for almost a full day straight, neither Joe wanting to stay down no matter how many times the other would knock him down... the idea of literally fighting against himself never occurred to Joe before, and he found it incredibly thrilling.
Yoko emerged from the shower room, once again wearing her usual stylish finery. Joe looked up to the door as Yoko emerged. Seeing her again like this, was like a different personality or something, Joe thought to himself.  Everytime he'd ever seen her, she was almost always dressed very keen, or made up nicely or something. Joe never thought she was the kind of girl to scheme and then sneak into your boxing gym to peep on you and then make-out. He blushed a tiny bit with that. In any case, Joe wasn't sure "which Yoko" he liked better yet. All these thoughts of dopplegangers and double personalities were making Joe's head spin, as if he wasn’t already light-headed enough as it is from these curious events today. While inside the shower room changing, Yoko had carefully folded up Joe's old sweater and then placed it down on the nearby table, lightly patting it down as she did so. Casting her gaze over to Joe now, she straightened up, and lightly brushed the front of her dress a bit.
"So, Yabuki-kun what is this place you're talking about?" she asked.
"It's called the Rocking-Horse. It's a coffee shop." Joe replied, as he slipped on his shoes, and already grabbed his coat, flinging it over his shoulder. "Let's go! I'm so hungry, I could eat an actual Horse." He said.
"I believe I know that place as well, Yabuki-kun." she replied sunnily, she then added, "You don't expect to walk there, do you?"
Joe looked over his shoulder to her and said "No, I don't expect *you* to walk there." he grinned. "We don't have a telephone, I'm gonna run to the phone booth, and call a taxi down to Namidabashi for you, Shiraki Ojo-sama." he quipped.
“Just a moment, Joe...”
Yoko smiled and laughed along with Joe, as she reached into her dress pocket and produced a small folded note. She approached him and took his hand, placing the note into it. She then closed his hand around the note, and holding it she pulled him close to whisper softly near.
"Call this number, let it ring once and then hang up. A car will arrive within half an hour..." she paused to bite her lip before explaining further
"If you hurry, we'll have more alone time.." as she finished, she gave a small sigh, and stole a kiss.
Joe, astonished, simply blinked as Yoko softly kissed his bottom lip. She then smiled warmly, her eyes seemed to sparkle and her cheeks rosy. Letting go of his hand, she gave Joe a playful nudge, towards the front door of the Tange Gym.
"Go on Yabuki-kun, breakfast is waiting for us!"
Joe's eyes widened a bit and his jaw dropped a little. Then he smiled, chuckled a bit, and started off toward the stairs up to the main road. She really knew how to put a plan together...
Yoko watched Joe, skipping a little bit and hooting as he lightly jogged, punching at the air, along the road towards the phone booth. Her warm smile, slowly turned to a more lustful grin. Taking a few steps outside the Tange Gym, the sun had risen enough to cast brilliant light on the nearby river, and more importantly, it cleared the overpass, illuminating the front lawn of the gym, if you could call it that. Yoko turned to look at the opposite riverbank, over to where she had instructed the driver with a company car to wait.
The driver stood outside of the car, leaning against the hood, watching Yabuki depart through a pair of binoculars. Glancing down toward the Tange Gym, he could see Yoko standing out front, waving toward him slightly.  Reaching into his sport coat pocket, he produced a stopwatch. Yabuki shrank a little further into the distance, as the driver continued his surveillance. Before long, the mobile car phone rang a single time and the driver clicked the stopwatch, which would count down 35 minutes. Through the binoculars he could see Yabuki return to the gym, where Yoko stood just outside the door. When he approached, the driver could see Yoko take Joe’s hand, they embraced one another disappearing into the Tange Gym. The door closed so quickly and loudly behind them, the driver could hear it across the river. He let out a sigh and slowly got into the car, lit himself a cigarette and turned on the radio to wait before picking Yoko and Joe up in half an hour.

Yoko’s Solitary Plan pt. 3
As she began relaxing in Joe’s embrace, Yoko had almost all but forgotten the intricate scheme what brought her into his arms. They exchanged kisses with one another slowly. Each could feel the gentle tension and give between their lips. Joe continued holding Yoko at the small of her back, as his left hand lightly caressed over her hip, up her waist and side, then back down with a quick, firm squeeze to her rear. (That perfectly delicate, alabaster peach, framed in lace; Joe thought). She giggled and moaned between each kiss, her hands grazing over his arms, delicately tracing their muscular tone.
The pace began to quicken, and the exchange of kisses between them became more fevered. More intense. Joe slid his hand up her back, beneath his old red shirt. His hands were becoming warmer, thought Yoko, as he pressed his palm flat against the bare skin between her shoulders. Her heart began to race, Joe pulled her even closer tilting his head to the other side, and kissing her ever deeper. Shyly at first, his tongue passed her lips. Gently, he licked at them. The feathery touch of it tingled Yoko; feeling like the very nerves Yabuki stimulated somehow teased through her entire body.
Absolutely taken by the sway between gentle pecks, and heavy pressing between their eager mouths, Yoko was beginning to succumb to this thrilling display from Yabuki-kun. She swooned and bit his bottom lip, tugging playfully. She sucked on his lip in a sensuous juicy pout, as she pulled away. For a moment, they caught their breath, and locking eyes they both blushed. Another infinite moment passed and they kissed passionately once more. This time, Yoko teased a french kiss before Joe did; giving his tongue a swirl and as he fell for this trap, she took his tongue, sucked between her lips.
In this moment, Joe quickly scooped Yoko up, turned around and set her down on the ring apron. She leaned back against the ropes and shut her eyes... expecting another taste of Yabuki-kun’s succulent lips and mouth... only it didn’t happen.
Upon opening her eyes, Yoko could see Joe’s bathtowel fluttering down from the loft. She pursed her lips in modest disappointment at not sneaking a peek. Before long Joe re-emerged from the loft donning his light blue, short sleeved shirt, and (believe it or not) a second, yet equally worn pair of trousers.
At the bottom of the ladder, Joe cast a glance over at Yoko, who was still perched at ringside. She sat, dangling her legs over the edge, placing her hands flat onto the mat, between her legs.
“Joe...” she said, which particularly caught his attention because she never called him by his first name; at least to Joe’s recollection she never did... but he’d taken a lot of blows to the head... anyway... “... Joe why are you always in such a hurry?” He gave her a wink and a wry smile, before picking up his other trousers from off the floor, and tossing them to Yoko.
“Ms. Yoko,” Joe began... “you said something about a meal? Why don’t you get dressed, and we’ll go get some breakfast? Seriously, I just finished my roadwork. I’m starving.” He added with a smile.
Yoko sat on the ring apron, holding Joe’s trousers, staring at him incredulously. “What on Earth is he thinking?” She thought to herself, before chuckling a little bit and smiling along with Joe.
“What would you like?” she asked sweetly.
“Well, Ot’san is always going on about a ‘World Travelers Breakfast’...that’s hardly any food at all... How about some waffles?”

Yoko’s Solitary Plan pt. 2
They both gazed upon one another for what seemed like an hour. Yoko began to feel flush again, coming to the realization that Joe Yabuki was such a good kisser! Her legs buckled ever so slightly that it was a good thing her hands were pressed upon his chest.
“Yabuki kun...” Yoko started, her voice soft in their proximity, only this time Joe hushed her with a light touch of her lips. Taking a step back from her, Joe took a deep breath and sighed, running a hand back through his hair. Still half naked, with a towel wrapped around him, standing at the door to the Shower room. Yoko was between him and the ladder which led up to the loft.
“Yoko...” Joe began, glancing to the floor and the trail of his training clothes, then toward Yoko and past her up to the loft entrance. He then looked back at her, slightly arching an eyebrow. “You didn’t go through all that trouble to snatch Ot’sans schedule, just to catch me in the shower? Hehehe” Joe smirked a bit. “Is this one of Your games again?” He asked.
Yoko cleared her throat slightly before she began, “Yabuki kun, with all sincerity...” she paused to observe his expression, “I wanted to spend some time with you alone.”
“Oh?” Joe replied. “And you needed my schedule to do this? What else did you have in mind?”
“Perhaps we could catch a show or share a meal, just go someplace..” she cast her gaze upon him once again, feasting her eyes unabashedly.
“Just where would you take me??” He asked.
Around the world from this very Ring, she immediately thought, but her only response was a playful bite of her bottom lip. She lowered her eyelids to him again, and began to turn away slowly. Once she no longer faced him, she smiled. Joe stood in bewilderment still, watching her. After loosening her scarf Yoko began to saunter toward the ladder, while delicately unbuttoning her long coat. Dipping a shoulder, the heavy coat slid to the floor. She then kicked off her shoes, and placing one foot on the ladder, she unbuttoned the collar of her dress and then began to climb up.
Joe stood wide eyed, watching Yoko until she disappeared into the loft upstairs. He gulped and blinked, remaining in place. First his shoes were thrown down from the loft, followed by his khaki trousers, coat and hat.
“Hey! What’re you doing?” He called out...
After a frantic fluttering sound of rustling fabric was heard, the lavender dress Yoko was previously wearing came floating down from the loft. Joe’s eyes could only widen so much more, and he still remained in place. Now, it got quiet for a moment, before Joe could hear Yoko making her way back to the ladder. Placing a delicate arched foot onto the rung, she slowly and carefully climbed back down.
Joe simply stood in awe as her smooth, ivory legs slowly emerged from the loft, revealing more and more of that blessed frame. He lavished a glance up from her ankles, and past her knees to where her hips began. As she finally descended into view, and stood before Joe, Yoko was wearing just his red sweater.
She gracefully lighted toward him, without any hesitation and grabbed his arm.
As if hypnotized by her angelic form draped in his old red shirt, her grasp on his arm was strong and she was able to turn Joe aside and backed up against the corner of the sparring ring.
They kissed once more; Yoko moaned and a sigh escaped her nose as their lips pressed. Joe lightly brought his hand to the nape of her neck, tilting his head, further deepening their kiss. However, Yoko reached for Joe’s hands again, and grabbed hold of them, slowly guiding them to her hips, just below the tattered fringes of his shirt. She could feel the warmth of his grasp, with those hands slowly gliding over her skin, even through the frilly waistband of her panties, and at the small of her back, where he pulled her close, and right up to his body...

Yoko’s Solitary Plan
Yoko drove more recklessly than usual this morning. She was in an extra bit of hurry to reach the Shiraki Building. Today was a very important day, one that she had carefully planned out for some time. Today, she thought to herself, all will finally pay off. Upon reaching the door to her office, she could already see a Manila envelope taped across the door, along with a note addressed to her. Hurried and excitedly she unlocked the door, took down the envelope and slipped inside. Closing the door, she leaned back against it, clutching the envelope to her chest momentarily before carefully unfolding the note attached.
The message was simple:
“Here’s what you requested, Ms. Shiraki. Believe me, it wasn’t so easy to acquire.”
-signed Suga.
A small smile crept across her lips, and her heart began to race as she opened the clasp of the envelope. She approached her desk and allowed the contents of the envelope to spill out.
Amidst some photographs was the real treasure... she reached out to pick up the small notebook and turned it over to read the cover.
“Tange Danpei’s Training Schedule”
Thumbing through the pages, she could see how intent Tange-San was on his training with Joe. She smiled seeing how Joe had a lot of Roadwork... It kept them out of the gym, out and about Doya Town. Carefully she closed the notebook and put it into her pocket. She turned from her desk to open the blinds of her office. Looking out her window, in the direction of Namidabashi, she let out a small sigh.
It shouldn’t be too hard for Suga to keep Tange-San busy for numerous hours under the guise of scouting potential opponents for Joe.
The Shiraki company car was parked a few blocks away from Namidabashi. Seated in the back seat, Yoko could clearly see Tange-San depart with Suga in his Firebird.
Once the firebird was gone into the distance, Yoko departed the company car. She instructed the driver to return to the SBC building and await her call.
Now as she approached the Tange gym, her heart began to flutter with every step bringing her closer to the door
She was slightly beside herself, funny that she was being overcome with nervousness now, after planning everything so carefully
Pausing before opening the door, she checked the Training schedule again: Joe shouldn’t be back for another few minutes. But what’s that? She can hear the sound of water running inside, and a familiar tune being whistled...
Stepping softly along the front of the Tange Gym Yoko listened intently as she approached the river bank. Joe was in the shower room! His whistle was unmistakable... she couldn’t help but smile a bit, though she wondered what was going on. According to the schedule he was still supposed to be doing his roadwork... Making her way back to the front door, she quietly opened it and let herself inside.
The Tange Gym was still dimly lit, even at this time, a few beams of sunlight shone through the windows, and Yoko could see a trail of sweaty clothes on the floor which lead to the shower room.
Yoko made sure to close the front door loud enough for Joe to hear it, and she sat down at their table. Hearing the door close, Joe’s whistling stopped abruptly, and he began calling out from inside the shower.
Ot’san, is that you?? Joe asked. “heh heh, did you forget to bring your cane again??”
Yoko began to smile, still remaining quiet, she rested her elbows on the table, propped her chin in her hand and waited.
“Listen, ot’san I forgot to tell you I promised Sachi, Kinoko and the gang we would play pachinko today so I finished my roadwork early, okay?”
Still receiving no answer, Joe began to get a little worried.
“Are you mad ‘cuz I left my clothes on the floor?”
“Ot’san...? Silent treatment then?” Joe quickly wrapped a towel around his waist, and opened the door hurriedly.
“I’m gonna take care of it, don’t wo-..” he completely stopped short.
“Good morning Yabuki-kun.” said Yoko, with a smile and crossing her legs. “How are you?”
“Yoko-san...” Joe replied, his eyes wide and mouth slightly agape. She could see the clear confusion in his expression, which delighted her, and brought on more of a smile.
“Wha-.. where’s Ot’san?” asked Joe.
“Tange-san actually has some business to attend to today.” She replied calmly, “I’m afraid he’ll be busy for most of the day.”
Joe arched a brow in response to this. “Oh?” He stood with one hand at his hip, still holding the door to the shower room. Yoko eased in her seat a little bit, first making eye contact with Joe, and slowly trailing her eyes along his body.
“Yes...” she replied, “I was hoping that I would be able to return this before Tange-San left.”
Without taking her eyes off Joe, she reached into her coat pocket and produced the small handbook, smudged with pencil marks and Danpei’s “chicken scratch”
She held it out to Joe, but it was not even close enough to reach.
Joe eyed the notebook and then looked to Yoko again, vastly more confused than before.
By now, Joe was dripping a puddle on the floor. Yoko had seen him countless times before in his ring attire, and she was well aware of what his physique was like. However this... was so different she thought. Usually, he’s wearing those cute little trunks of his, and his hands are wrapped up for the gloves. Ready for battle. But here he seemed so vulnerable, she thought. And she could feel her cheeks flush, hoping it wasn’t so apparent.
“Okay, you can just leave it there on the table. Thanks for returning it, Yoko.” she didn’t budge. Joe tilted his head slightly, finally noticing how she’s been eyeing him up. Now Joe began to feel a little flush. “Um...yeah” he said “listen Ive got the gang to look after today and Tonkichi is sure to be here soon, so we-“
“Yabuki-kun,” she interrupted “don’t worry about your friends, they’re all being treated today.” she smiled. “Tarō-kun told me that you planned a special day for them, so I also contributed. They should be getting picked up shortly to go to the Pachinko parlor.”
Joe’s eyes widened. Yoko slowly stood up and opened to a random page in the schedule book.
“It looks like your Training is all done for today, Yabuki-kun” she then looked directly at him, such a wry glance and tossed the notebook over her shoulder. Taking a step toward him, her eyelids narrowed in a playful manner.
“It’s just you...” taking another step closer “...and I” another step, “Alone, together...” finally she was standing right before him, and reached out to trail a finger across his collarbone and down his chest “ya bu ki kun”...
“Y- Yoko-san...” said Joe quietly, and she quickly hushed him.
“You’re always pushing yourself, and going nonstop...”
He was about to speak again, when this time she brought a finger up to his lips.
“...life has other passions. That you only need surrender to Yabuki kun. You’re always Training so hard, you deserve someone to take care of you.”
She was speaking softly to him, but the urgency in her voice was fueled by something Joe knew all about: Hunger.
“I can take care of myself,” said Joe, “I’ve survived and fought alone-“ Yoko pressed her hands up against his chest, interrupting him again, she steals a kiss...
She lingers for a moment, before pulling away. Joe’s eyes wide, he slowly licks his lips, becoming Lost within her gaze.
It took a moment for him to realize that his heart was suddenly pounding, not even seeing Carlos’ elbow strike made him feel this way.
“You don’t have to be alone anymore.”
Joe’s Heart was pounding in his ears, and he felt almost lightheaded like he was short of breath. Absolutely caught up in the moment, Joe lightly touches her cheeks, and leans in for a kiss.
As their lips met once more they both could feel the world around them melt away. Yoko’s hands upon his chest, could feel the lingering warmth from the hot shower on his skin, there was a faint smell of the shampoo Joe used. Yoko moaned softly as his tenderness completely caught her off guard. Pulling away for a moment to catch a breath, Joe looked her in the eyes and smiled a bit.
“Yabuki kun...” she started breathlessly, while reaching up to touch Joe’s hand, which still caressed her face. His skin was surprisingly soft, though she could still feel the rough, calloused knuckles of his right hand. Her eyes trailed down to Joe’s lips, that were still glossy even in the dimly lit Tange Gym. Those lips, she thought...
