No but John chooses Arthur. They’ve known each other for a couple days. (John has an extra month in there from the coma) but they’ve only KNOWN each other for a couple days and John sees an opportunity to be whole, to be himself, to be a god.

And he chooses insignificant, nearly dead, argumentative Arthur Lester. An existence that limits him to sight, a couple toes, and a hand at that point in the story. John chose companionship over not only power but autonomy.

First ship I draw is Parkthur but I shine the Indonesian beam to them both!

Parker is wearing a Beskap with songket Palembang and Arthur is wearing Javanese style Beskap with batik parang as his cloth (both the cloth patterns are hand drawn while I was half asleep, I'm sorry if it's goofy aah)

As for my designs for Parker and Arthur, I beamed Parker with the mixed Chinese-Indo-Palembang gun and Arthur with the mixed Javanese-English gun. Making the Bois Indo somehow lol.
