An important note from the other side of the situation

Okay YES I am back on Balmung big deal. No i am not bothering anyone i am going about my day trying to have fun in a game i love very much. Yes I did contact someone recently but I was told people knew my new discord so i’d assumed this person did as well. I had stopped using Arty for a time and used Pheonix for a bit so i’d introduce myself as her not Arty because i wanted to leave the past behind me which i thought wouldn’t be an issue but i guess it was so i apologize for that. I’d like to address a few things in this new note I've seen going around.

First. That “Trigger me Elmo” screen shot literally was a joke a friend of mine told me I was confused as to weather it was supposed to be funny or not So i went to FC. I can even get a screen shot of this person admitting it was their joke if need be.

Second. I didn’t realize my puns were offensive because people laughed at them weather it be in voice or in LS/chats etc. If people were uncomfortable with the jokes/puns they could have said something and i would have avoided them. 

Third. I also did not realize my attitude was “Diva” because my FC said that they came to support me whenever there was an event i was involved in, I had people tell me I was performance famous because people knew my name and while that’s cool I never really saw it but i ALWAYS made sure to say thank you to anyone who came to the shows I was a part of because it meant a lot to me to have these people come support me once again thank you to all who did at that time.

Fourth. I did not realize until after i’d left Balmung I had a light I believe that is it though i havent looked through my retainers hard from <<NOX>> I would GLADLY give them back as i really did not mean to take them I just still had them from when i was redesigning the basement as i still hasn’t gotten the storage thing down yet but again i am 1000000% willing to give them back 

Fifth. Again in regards to the Rock Show, I’d let my leader know to start decorating for the event. I’d been going through some pretty stressful things and hadn’t been doing well mentally So i skipped one show i’d planned and had planned to keep the rock show, two days before the show I went to map things out and the basement was dismantled and yes it scared me so i’d just planned to cancel the show but had some WONDERFUL people help me fix things, at the time i hadn’t realized he’d planned to move it and completely take over that was bad communication completely. I’d went to a friend and yes i’d stated that i was hurt over what happened i’d thought he’d just kind of forgot everything and redesigned things but that part i was wrong about I again didn’t know he’d planned to take over everything. I honestly and truly didn’t know people were coming after him, I was never shown logs, or told anything till the day of the show it was a surprise to me and i was actually pretty pissed to hear people were going after him because despite the miscommunication he was still a friend and i was not angry with him. 

Sixth. I’d like to address the “trans phobic” thing which was stated I am in NO WAY trans phobic and i have no clue what i might possibly have said to make them think that. i’ve dated a couple trans people and was completely in love with one, and one of them still being a close friend and i love her she’s a fantastic person and always has been before her transition and now during it. Though one thing i do however recall saying is that I HATE when people just fake it because I know someone personally who jumped and said “Hey i am trans” because they weren’t the center of attention and it was honestly and completely a lie they are not trans nor ever planned to be this was something that was found out afterwards so yes THAT bothered me.

Am i completely innocent? No that is not what i am saying no one ever is. People say things out of emotion sometimes and yeah I've done that before I think everyone has whether it be anger, sadness or whatever yes I've most definitely said some wrong things. And as much as i like to write, sometimes the way i type comes out wrong I can always put my feelings to stories but have a hard time when it comes to real feelings this i will not lie about

Have i lied? yes I have but who hasn’t? I’m not innocent and i’ve lied this i will admit. I will however say that some things I believe were handled the wrong ways a lot were said by a lot of people but things were not taken into account by talking to me, it was all attacking, I believe that if there were issues starting to arise that the officers of these FC’s should have spoken to me about them but I was not spoken to until it was too late. 

I’ve probably missed a ton of things i’ve wanted to say but honestly this is turning into a witch hunt and it’s getting ridiculous if you have things to say or have concerns come directly to me instead of hiding please

An important post about a serious situation

So this if a post I feel I must make. I am sure many and I do mean MANY of you have heard some things about me as of late and I am making this post to not only try to clear some things up but also to attempt to make amends and give some apologies where they are due so here goes. Starting with my plush, yes it is true I do make them and yes it is true I have posted stock photos while it was not my intent some believed I was claiming the stock images as my own, I am not nor do I wish to these artists work extremely hard on making these patterns and I purchase them so I can make them for myself, and friends, family and clients. I did once apologize and link all the shops from which I purchased but I will link them once again in case any one wants to see their work which I highly suggest as I said they work hard to create the patterns and it is fun to create something from them. But again I am truly sorry for making it seem like I was taking their work that was not my intent as I do my own work and it is very hard.

Second I'd like to address the rock show, yes it was originally set to be at Equinox, and yes I did ask Lio to set up for it that again is true. I had been under so much stress that he believed that he was taking over the entire show, this I didn't know because it was an unfortunate miscommunication. Yes I freaked out and panicked because 2 days before the show the entire basement had been ripped out, I was going to cancel the show but some wonderful people in the community helped me save it. What I did find out is some people were VERY upset at Lio and NOX for what happened and they decided to start dragging him and the FC as a whole which I DO NOT condone, I do not know who it was but please know that I was not in any way wanting that to happen and you should not have done that as the situation was a big misunderstanding, some people that did not even know of the event got yelled at which was absolutely not right and I told Lio the day of the event that we were good and I was not upset.

@dice-domino To Lio, I'm sorry that people did that I truly do not know who it was nor why they did it but it was absolutely not right that you or the FC was dragged like that and I truly apologize for that having happened its awful and wasn't right, if I knew who it was I would have spoken to them and said that it was an honest mistake with miscommunication which happens. You did not deserve to get dragged like that in the slightest, I feel awful that people had done that as you guys were a family to me for so long.

@wayward-whelpling To Erethys my friend, I am sorry honestly and truly things got so out of hand and hard to deal with so I just shut right down. I want to say that I never did lie to you as I care for you and know how much you cared about me. You have helped me and listened to me through heartache, depression, hurt and even abuse and for that I am truly honestly grateful to have a person like you and I am sorry that you got put in the middle of things.

@hannish-rogue To Rhaya'li you absolutely do not have to reach out as I know you said you wouldn't but I feel as though I need to apologize to you for many reasons, first I vented to you so much, and God did it ever help you always knew the right thing to say but you got put in the middle of things too and for that I am very sorry, you are an absolutely wonderful and amazing person overall. I made a post on Facebook that made it seem like I lied to you and that was not my intent either and for that I am also very sorry as I'm sure you feel hurt and lied to which for that I feel the worst about like I said you're a fantastic person I don't expect you to forgive me but I am sorry

@housesilmontaix To Eao and the rest of @palazzoaldenard , you are such great people and I thank you for the help with my event when I did not know what to do. What I need to apologize to you for is that I've missed a large event you hosted and I have let you down which is not how I want you to think of me I am so extremely happy to hear about how fantastic your event was and the turnout sounded amazing which is great as you all worked super hard on the event, though I'm truly sorry that I was out of commission due to a migraine and unable to make it. My mental health had spiraled and had caused me to let so many people down for that I apologize and I am very sorry that I let you all down

To my commissioners, I've been slacking this I know and I feel horrible about it but I've got ahold of myself, and my head and mental health and WILL be finishing everything, I have no intent to give you nothing you paid for the commission and I will be finishing them ASAP after they are finished I will not be taking any more for quite some time until I know I can handle them in a more timely manner. I am very sorry that I've made you wait and I should be a little more communicative about my mind state.

To the rest of the Equinox staff that got the bad end of the stick I'm sorry you shouldn't have, no one should have come to you and flipped, chewed you out or tried to drag any of you nor the company. I'm sorry that people did that and again if I knew who it was I would have spoken to them about it, a miscommunication was not something that they should have attacked any of you over, I'm sorry to each and every one of you

To those that tried to drag Lio/Equinox I want you to know I do not condone your actions and you should not have done it, they are good people and things happen so please do not do this to anyone again it can really hurt people, though I will say I'm sorry that I made you think that it was the right thing to do negates I may have been mad at Lio... Which I was truly not

To anyone else I've not mentioned that has either heard of or been part of this situation I'm sorry from the bottom of my heart, none of you have to take my apology nor forgive me but I wanted everyone to know how sorry I am and see that I am trying to make amends and that I know that yes I did do some wrong in situations but I am trying to make it right. I'm sorry for all that I may have caused but I never intended to hurt anyone. While yes I've had some mental health problems which I've been desperately been trying to deal with its caused me to shut down and as I've noticed not communicate very well but I am getting a handle on it as I need to become the person I USED to be.

To end this very long post... I'm sorry, very sorry to each and every one of you I may have hurt and or wronged along the way and I'm trying to work on fixing what I've broken

Menphina’s Bosom is Hiring! (Balmung)

Looking for Staff, FC Members & More!

Good day everyone! This is likely to be a long post, but if you’re looking for an FC please continue reading until the end! 

My character’s name is Narani Bayaqud, an Xaelan woman that has been in the west for around eleven summers now. Her goal in life was always to give people a safe place to live and work while helping as many people as she can. Her event Menphina’s Bosom is a Bar & Lounge that runs biweekly and hosts performances and entertainment on the regular. 

Currently we are looking to expand and grow into our Medium house a bit further! We have a number of active members but we are looking to grow beyond that to allow our hard working staff to alternate and take breaks from the sheer amount of hard work that they do!

So even if you are not looking for an FC I’d be incredibly honored if you could reblog this about that’d be grand! 

The OOC Stuff

We’re a very inclusive FC, and we try are damnedest to make everyone feel involved while being incredibly flexible about real life things. We can’t expect you to be there every Menphina’s Night, or attend every single event we host! 

Menphina’s is so much more than an FC, we’ve grown into a family of which I kind of head helm as the Mother of the group. We talk a lot in our Discord server, sometimes thought inspiring comments on characters…. but mostly it’s shit posting and overall good feels in calls. 

We aren’t very big, and that’s okay. We have 52 members in our FC, but only 19 actual people involved in the FC. (Yes we have that many alts, we literally have a role for altaholics). We are a laid back group of adults, most of us with exceptionally colorful language and … interesting tastes in things that I’m sure you’ll catch on quick if you take a gander through our channel. 

We host regular events, including one in which we use the 5e D&D System to promote our story events, so any knowledge or experience in the system would be wonderful (But not required).

The IC Stuff

Menphina’s isn’t just a Bar & Lounge, it’s actually a front for some deeper more professional matters. Narani Bayaqud heads a team of Voidsent Researchers, hellsbent on purging voidal gates that popup around more rural areas that may not be adept at handling the situations themselves. All proceeds from the bar goes to paying employees for their work there and funding for their next mission.

We have a wonderful system in place to do voidsent missions! While we’d love to do them in game we understand that final fantasy xiv doesn’t allow you to build custom encounters with a well thought out roll system. So instead we use Roll20 to set up maps and encounters for each voidsent mission we do! Our experienced DMs (Myself and @skyskip) will be happy to integrate your character into story as well as assist you in setting up your sheet.

The Bar itself is given its name from a story of Halone & Menphina in which Halone pierced the icy heart of Menphina with her spear. We, and I repeat this so very much, are NOT a strip club, no matter how much some of my members try to make it be.

We are looking for Bar Staff, Floor Staff, Performers, Researchers, and Hired muscle! Technically we’re looking for a bit of anything, as long as your character would be willing to help out with the event they will have a home in Menphina’s Bosom. 

Beyond that! If you wish to be staff and involved in story but are currently in another FC you’re happy with you’re still welcome to join us! 

We have no qualms working with others from other FCs, a few of our current staff actually run their own FC but assist us with event nights and are looking to be further involved in our Story Arc! We have a linkshell to keep people not involved in our FC up-to-date with FC event details so that there isn’t any confusion throughout the night!

As an active RP FC we encourage you to use the Menphina’s space for RP! We want people to feel as though they can bring their characters back to our Manor to RP with whoever they wish!
