Finished all of Trollstopia a few days ago and all I have to say is: I don’t like show poppy. Maybe it’s just me but she feels so ooc to movie poppy and such.

Also the other tribes feel minimized, like Holly or Val—Holly is too positive for being from a tribe whose OPENING SONG is BORN TO DIE. Val just annoys me ngl I have a grudge against her. She also looks like a pop troll who wants to rebel, she would’ve had WONDERS if she had at least frayed ends of her hair.

I think techno got some good love aside from potluck poppy because I 100% love the idea goop is just like that. No sweet inside, just an algae lookin thingy that the techno trolls LOVE. Can 100% see the appeal to Synth and Laguna, even if they had like 9 episodes centric to them, at least the fandom loves them and Trollex

Anyway classical trolls and funk trolls solo that’s my only take away

Been falling back into puppet history slightly and to my old fave of the propeller. He’s everything to me. I love him.

The hologram puppets are also funny to me. They all share a body and bicker loudly. Fave of the four holo-puppets is the Prague window.

I imagine if they did somehow end up in the wonderium arena, cloud would end up interacting with propeller (similar time periods, propeller being ~1916 and cloud ~1923)

They all find out (while Cloud is in control) that Propeller likes pile of diamonds and try to get them together (but they can only push propeller to do so, since he didn’t question how new puppets got into the arena and they can’t risk being caught as holograms) so it’s a mess.

Infinitiger has a platonic crush on beast of Gévaudan (envy of flesh), Prague window has one sided beef with pile of diamonds (both have faces/bodies covered in scars, but where P.O.D shows off—even with his shattered limbs swapped like his arms—Window is covered up save for their face). Cloud is Propellers weird friend who hates when they’re touched. Hippo only shows up once and is silenced by everyone else.

Might draw for them if I have motivation and paper

This is the propeller and the holo-puppets dynamic. He’s just worried how only he knows about these 4 puppets who only talk to him and HATE being touched but love touching his callouses on his skin (they have none)

Auugggh need to get some Trollex x Trollzart out my system so small headcanons for them

-Trollzart was the first to fall for Trollex but Trollex was the one to actually confess (bit of a mess but the point got through)

-Trollex—being cold blooded—likes to snuggle up to Trollzart when he visits Symphonyville and they share a bed together, usually trying to curl into a small ball or something similar so Trollzart can hold him easier

-because of Trollzart’s shitty father (might make a post on him) he has a few constant nightmares about him so Trollex will place his head on his chest so Trollzart can listen to/see his heartbeat to try and calm him

-Trollex is very ‘casual affection’ since techno trolls are used to constant contact meanwhile Trollzart is very ‘just being with you makes me dizzy’ since classical trolls aren’t very outwardly affectionate

-They’re both observant in different ways which leads to them trying to guess what the other is thinking or small little games to try and see if they can read each others body language or tones

-speaking of reading each other, Trollzart is a little difficult to read. He constantly has a ‘pleasant’ smile on his face that only becomes apparent when you realize it’s the only face he wears. Meanwhile Trollex speaks what’s on his mind and is comfortable doing so, used to it by now.

-that being said, Trollex loves seeing Trollzart’s actual smile—a dopey grin showing his not-straight teeth and slight overbite—and Trollzart loves seeing Trollex become soft with him

-they love to entangle their hair in private as a way to bond. Trollzart’s small, silky and blue-ish gray hair and Trollex’s anemone, neon green hair mixing together after a stressful day while they whisper sweet nothings to each other…they’re DISGUSTINGLY in love behind closed doors

-Trollzart works a lot—to the point he sometimes just falls asleep at his desk—so sometimes Trollex tries to keep him in bed (with forceful cuddles or turning down his alarm) or trying to get him to bed early

-Trollex keeps all the poems Trollzart sends to him (even if they don’t survive the trip underwater)

-Trollzart thought he didn’t have much of a chance with Trollex (popular guy with lots of demand) so he sorta kept a low profile while Trollex loved to see the conductor in a secluded place

Riff is there for some college credit b/c they didn’t count the world tour thing as credit and Carol’s there because Barb wanted her to get out more

Can’t believe I haven’t shared this headcanon since I’ve had it for so long: Trollzart wears a wig

Like. He’s not BALD, he just has a genetic thing that doesn’t let his hair puff/grow as big as it should so he wears a wig to cover it

His actual hair is a smaller version of this one 3d model of his

(Yes he dyes the little baby-hairs to blonde to hide this, yes Dante and Minuet know this and yes it was from his father—the wig is blonde so he matches his mom. Even if he doesn’t know what his mom looks like at ALL)

Minor ideas about how it works below

-it doesn’t work properly?? Like, he can’t really control its movements like normal trolls can. Think of it as comparing a humans movements to an octopus—the human can control and move their body how they want, but the octopus can only vaguely control where their tentacles move, relying on the current to help move

-the wig is sorta an extension/prosthetic in a way. I imagine it connects to his hair that allows him to move/control it more effectively and allows him to extend it without problems (most of the time)

-he’s been wearing wigs for a good while to the point it’s one of those facts where (if you live there) you know it, but to others it’s like. Crazy??? Idk

-He CAN stuff things in his wig but he can’t hold anything bigger than the hair itself (EX: Dante holding a grand piano in his hair) so it’s a limited amount of space to hold things

-Trollzart is able to puff his hair bigger, but it’s the equivalent to holding your nose with your fingers and talking—weird and strangely leaves you with a lack of air??

Anyway that’s all, might post some traditional doodles of Dante Minuet and Trollzart later :p

I imagine that Dante and Forte’s parents have something happen to them (I have a whole lore on them but ehhhhh) which forces Dante to basically raise Forte

The others—Minuet and Trollzart—also help out because Dante and the others like 12 when Forte is 4, so they definitely have aunt and uncle status.

Minuet would teach him to be open-minded (Dante is too busy to see he’s accidentally teaching Forte to stay in his comfort zone) while Trollzart helps him sightread and play the basics for instruments (he never had a normal childhood what more can you get from him aside from juggling)

Anyway uhhh Forte is definitely no older than 19 and has acne/braces because I said so (TRUST!!!)
