I love the headcannon that Nyx just hangs out with his Day Court family whenever he can for funsies! Like I can fully see when the kids get older and can fly long distances or winnow properly, it’s totally normal for the cousins to just be hanging out on a near daily basis.

Nyx shows up randomly at the Day Court like a neighbor in a sitcom. Just strolling in whenever. Showing up for dinner and at the library and stables. Same with the House of the Wind. But it's okay, it's an open door policy. But his lazy ass just flies, he won't winnow. He takes Ori when she's older.

The girls can winnow though, and they just pop in and out of Velaris whenever they want to. It became an issue when Cricket would just skip school to troll Rhys and go to Feyre's art class. Not to mention Froggy popping into Autumn to visit Eris.

They do know about Athelwood, but they've sworn themselves to secrecy and go there on foot.

gwynriels claim to be the experts on foreshadowing, harping on about how gwynriel must be canon because of dancing shadows and a romanticised r@pe scene, yet ignore and discredit all 4 books of elriel foreshadowing because it doesn’t fit their fanon agenda.

i’ll be very generous here and say gwynriel have maybe 3 scenes of foreshadowing (if that), now compare that to elriel who have been built up since acomaf and literally have the main character questioning the same god that gave her the love of her life. like genuinely where’s the competition?

She’s Linda Belcher. Putting up the Christmas tree immediately after Halloween only to have it die by Thanksgiving. Then Lucien has to rush to find a tree before Christmas. The kids make fun of her for it.

Also it’s very important that you picture Gene as Nyx. Just hanging out.

Today we’d like to highlight @fieldofdaisiies! If there is anyone who signifies the essence of kindness and community, it's fieldofdaisiies. She is always going out of her way to uplift others, both in her daily interactions on her personal blog and also through projects such as @acourtofkindness - a blog dedicated to spreading kindness in the fandom.

The light and joy that she brings to the fandom is infectious, and her efforts to spread positivity in this community is in part what led to the creation of this blog! So it is with very heartfelt gratitude and honor that we highlight @fieldofdaisiies, and say thank you for all the work and effort you contribute to make this fandom a better place.

O Solstice Night

Lucien and Elain are finally putting everything aside and listen to their hearts one Solstice Evening. But obviously that does not work without some misunderstanding that creates a bit of angst and unease. And since our favourite male with fire in his blood is involved there is also a fine amount of smut in this story.
