Although this is not necessarily related to my spirituality, increasing my knowledge of really anything benefits to my spiritual growth. This book I have read more than once and am happy that someone suggested it to me. Although it is a bit outdated given our current economy is has some great tips on how to handle your money especially for young adults. It is a great easy read and I do feel more in control of my financial life after reading it!

Not an original picture but unfortunately I only had one meal today, which I am disappointed about but this is what it was! It is called Joe's Special! There are different variations of it but it regulary consists of:
scrambled eggs
ground beef
fresh grated parmesean cheese
baby spinach
With this I had tea, v8 fusion juice, and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast.
And of course my one piece of chocolate :)

Today is a cold wintery blizzardy day and I was not as productive as I would of hoped. I am starting full time school this Monday and I know that I will step up and do what I need to do. My thought for the day include that family is very important and so is the responsible management of your money! Have a great night and weekend everybody!

I have a special appointment made today for a tattoo that I am very excited about! I feel a little sluggish today and I can most likely blame the chocolate for that. Other than that I am feeling very nervous and excited!

Tea Tea Tea
I want to make this clear that my posts about what I eat are no form of restricted diet or really should be taken as advice of any kind. I am concentrating on putting healthy things into my body so that it can be converted into good energy. I’ve discovered that the less sugary, fattening, and processed foods I eat, the more elevated my mood is and the more energy I have. So I will be posting what I eat, and my posts tagged dailyinput will reflect how I feel on a daily basis in relation to my lifestyle. So for January 7th my consumption so far is thus:
Vanilla Yogurt and granola
1/2 apple with peanut butter
3 cups of coffee with cream
Tea
Three eggs with cheddar cheese Apple with chocolate pb2 1 piece of chocolate

Having the next four days off of work, and full time culinary school starting next week, I am determined not to waste time. This break has been challenging. I work a lot and I love my job but due to my poor diet and lack of exercise for the past month I have had little energy or positive attitude. This month will be a great one I am nervous but excited to start my classes!

New year, New Journey
As far as fitness goes this new year of 2013, there is nothing to report yet. I have been struggling with daily exercise since October and am more determined than ever. Starting January 14th I will be working out every Monday and Wednesday and hopefully one other day besides that. Exercise is often a best friend and worst enemy but the feeling that comes from it is irreplaceable. Challenging yourself every day to do at least something active is a good way of life. Our bodies were not created to be stagnant and with stagnation comes depression. To live a whole and healthy life, one must exercise!
