It wasn’t at all unusual for Artie to have his head somewhere else. In fact it was probably more uncommon for him to be paying attention to his surrondings. Just as usual, his eyes had been focused on his cellphone when suddenly felt something cold soak through his shirt. He quickly jumped back in surprise before glancing up at the other. Artie quickly shook his head, “ No no, don’t worry about it, no harm done. “ he replied honestly. 

A huffy sigh escaped Moritz as he saw the devastating mess left behind by a particularly energetic and disorganized family. Normally, he wouldn’t mind his job, but this was outright ridiculous. As he started to gather up the dishes and turned to take them to the back, he slipped on some spilled ketchup. Dishes came clattering down with him. He cringed before noticing he splashed someone with left over milkshake. Quickly jumping up, he proceeded to try to wipe the mess off of the other. ‘Sorry, sorry,’ he signed.

So far Artie had been having a great time with Peter. The two of them had been running around town visiting different places and just having a good time. As they began to walk past the bowling alley Artie suddenly stopped looking up at the sign on the old place. “ Hey, ever been to this place before? They have the best nachos here, which I know sounds a little weird but I swear they’re great! “ he enthused.

“ Do you always waltz Into places where you don’t belong or did I just get lucky? “  In Artie’s hands had been a bat full of nails. He hadn’t actually used it on anyone ( Yet ) and had mostly used it to scare the people he had come across. He stepped slightly closer to the starnger with a cruel glint in his eyes. “ You know, that kind of behavior is going to get you into a world of hurt one of these days. “ he replied, coolly, before twirling the bat in his hands.

Artie had been lucky enough to be in the comfort of his own home when the storm had hit. Him and Barry had been playing video games but now they were both lounging around. “ I don’t know about you but all this stormy weather has me in the mood for waffles. “ Artie proclaimed with a grin. “ I have some mix in the pantry if you wanna make some. “

Artie glanced up to see the girl who appeared quiet frazzled.  He was supposed to meet up with someone who needed their laptop looked at and he had assumed that she was who he was supposed to meet. “ Don’t worry about it. “ he reassured her with a soft laugh. “ So laptop’s been giving you trouble huh? “ he asked. 

“Oh my God, oh my God!” Marinette ran into the building and called out to the person she was supposed to be meeting. “I’m so sorry I am late! I overslept and there was this date on a post-it.” She looked up with a confused look spread across her face. “Wait, were we supposed to be meeting?” Did she confuse dates, times or location? Not again.

Artie let out a small hum before realizing what the other male had been saying. “ Oh, sure. “ he replied handing it over to him. “ What sort of project are you working on there? “ he asked curiously.

“What?” Klaus turned around from looking up from his board that had string in between different photographs. Lost in his thoughts. “Sorry.. would you.. would you mind handing me that photograph, there?” He asked adjusting his glasses he turned and picked up one of his books.
