to everyone stressing about the tags not working
The new iOS update and a new tumblr update has caused many tags to be blocked, both to do with weightloss and also complete unrelated things, eg: blonde, depression, brunette, mental health, milf, dilf, anxiety, and yes those are actual banned tags.
the best way to view these blocked tags is to access tumblr from Safari. Once you log in, hit the share button and scroll down until you see something like “add to home screen”. This will create an “app” on your Home Screen that will access the browser instead of the app itself but still appear as if you’re using an app. This way you can bypass the blacked tags.

What exactly is this?

I'll tell you what. My dear friend, this is an egg white omelette with tomato and spinach, that's what it is.
-two egg whites (40 calories)
-two medium sized tomatoes/ one big tomato ( 36 calories)
-a handful or cup of spinach (23 calories)
Cut up the tomatoes and spinach and put your egg whites in the pan, when the egg whites start turning white, put the spinach in. Then the tomatoes. Season the hell out of it with salt and pepper, and a little bit of garlic powder. Flip the omelette over and season the top.
Filling, tasty and made with healthy ingredients.
Also, it can be for basically any meal, because it's just that 𝓕𝓪𝓷𝓬𝔂
