Decent run today! ⭐ Balance ⭐ With our daily routines, current lockdown and hectic work schedules for some, we lose a little bit of ourselves every day! However, it is our family, friends and our inner self that keeps us sane and helping us start fresh every day. For some people, creating balance in life is easier than it would be for others, for example; I am a very organised person and a try my very best to balance the most important aspects in my life; my relationships, my job, basketball and the small things! 😁 - The biggest things you should take from this post is the top 3 tips that I try to follow to create a balanced life; dream and wish big, appreciate the little things and furthermore, having a planπŸ“‘ - What do I mean by these? Simple. Always try to set targets to help you achieve the small and big goals in life, no matter what the target is, always set them to help you progress further and closer to that dream! That may be cutting hours from work and dedicating them to other parts of your life, taking an online class in your free time or even finding time to read! The biggest thing for me that I have followed over the last few years to appreciating the small things… FOOD, basketball, photography, late night gaming with friends, FOOD! If you start to appreciate those small things, then you will start to find the importance in balancing things in life. Finally, planning! I plan EVERYTHING, when I say everything, I mean years in advance in some case, ask my partner! I have a structured rota I follow in and out of lockdown that helps me balance my very busy lifestyle! 🐻 Bear Push Ups 🐻 So i have decided to start a new trend called #freakyfriday in which every Friday i will post an exercise that i believe most people have not heard about or tried! πŸ™ - Today's exercise is: Bear Push Ups🐻 - The bear pushup teaches you to stay tall on your toes rather than sagging towards your heels, this not only maximizes core activation and posture alignment, but it also creates increased tension on the upper body, which you can see from the video, the body bends over the arms so you are working the shoulders more!
