Some unusual tips for weightloss
When you are alone at home, take your headphones, listen to your favorite music and pace around all the rooms. That way you get steps in and burn some calories.
When you wake up in the morning, prepare a can of hot water and keep it nearby. Whenever you feel hungry, pour yourself a cup of hot water, put a tea bag in and drink it. Tea has no calories and you get to drink more water that way, you also don't have to reheat water whenever you prepare a new cup and you don't get to grab food.
Eat mainly spicy food. Whenever I eat a salad I put a lot of jalapeños in it or use a lot of chilli powder for my soups. That way I eat a lot slower and the food keeps me full for a longer time.
Start painting. You don't even have to be good at it but painting is a great distraction and takes up a lot of your time.
Make up choreographies for some songs and whenever those come up in your playlist, dance along.
When you are out grocery shopping, walk around the store more than you would have to to collect some more steps.
If you can't eat with chopsticks, start eating with those and mainly use small forks and spoons. You will eat slower and the food will keep you full longer.

Phew. On Thuesday I finally got diagnosed with BPD and I don't know how to deal with that yet. I have been feeling terrible. Went back to my worst habits (bingeing and drinking) and I am terrified of stepping on the scale again.
