I just started fasting, i’m ashamed of the weight gain of the last two month, I was in denial about how much I was eating and suddenly my weight gain got back on me, I am where I started three years ago i’m 52 kg, i’m just so hungry at my self for my failure, I should have known better and now i’m here to deal with the consequences, I need to starve myself once again to achieve the goals I set up myself for, only once i’ll have reached my weight gol my problems will be solved

every time I want to eat I just take a coffe (if my cravings are really bad a cappuccino) and than I start doing something that physically blocks my hands
(guys idk what happened but if I try to post without a reblog it just doesn’t let me do it idk what to, posting helps me remain consistent and it’s been a month of this)
things to do instead of eating (at home, work, and school):
exercise (get those steps to 10k come on)
shower
skincare
catch up on assignments or projects (stares at my 3 overdue tasks at work)
talk to someone new
buzzfeed quizzes
girlsgogames
catch up on a youtuber you like
watch an entire tv series or movie series
yoga
draw or write something, even if you think you have no skill
play with your pet
lock in to your work day super hard (i do this all the time to distract myself)
listen to a new artist you've been meaning to listen to
shop online (don't have to actually buy anything)
challenge yourself with a timed challenge of some kind - working out, writing, drawing, blinking, etc
look at yourself in the mirror and pretend you're in a music video
write or read fanfic
