Ahmad was my favorite male character in the first season of Marco Polo and I hate what screenwriters did with him in the second. His backstory and actions there are just disgusting. I needed to distance somehow from this and patriarchy I can't stand, so I created a sort of AU with an actor who played Ahmad (Mahesh Jadu) as a character, but he's not an actor here and his image has a lot in common with Ahmad from the first season and nothing with his real person. The show also heavily inspired aesthetic, that's why it's a sort of fusion. Helen is my favorite female character in Primeval. She's a 36 years old biologist travelling in time to study prehistoric life and experienced in survival. A collection of translated drabbles.

The Watchers of the Gap, these, the people who lived in the most dangerous of places in Shienar. As the Blight receded with the destruction of the Shadow in Shayol Ghul, Asha’man, Ogier, and even Aiel Wise Ones worked to tribute those that had given their life to serve the Dragons purpose, purifying the Gap and surrounding areas where so many had lost their lives. The Ogier gifting saplings from their own Groves to the remaining people of Shienar and Malkier who had lost so much in that time of tumult. Over a hundred years later the Gap, is a lush mountainous landscape covered in forests. Among these trees, in their branches hanging from the cliffs above this Fortress and town on any given day in the spring as it was now, you could find this young Shienaran girl who loved them most of the things that she knew of Shienar.
