Mike Green and the utility cart?

The hockey world came within an eyelash of losing both Alex Ovechkin and Mike Green in a freakish double decapitation incident back in 2009, when Ovi hijacked a utility cart, convinced Green to go for a ride with him, and proceeded to speed it straight under a closing garage door.

(They both thought the door would automatically go back up as they approached it. It… did, but they cut it real close. It was hilarious and also kind of terrifying in retrospect.)
