How to make collarbones more visible🥀
So a while back my collarbones were invisible but i found some excersises that made them pretty visible :D I thought i would share them, and these are from different sites, google, pinterest but i dont remember from where otherwise i would give credit 💕 So here are the excersises!
1. Shoulder shrug is a simple chestbone excersise to show collarbones. Pull up ur shoulders and hold for 4-6 seconds. Relax and repeat 10 times🥀
2. Pull the chest bone muscles in front till the collarbone protrudes out and becomes visible. Hold the stretch for 5-8 seconds. Slowly relax and repeat 10-15 times. This is another collarbone exercise to enhance them🥀
3. Lie on your back and take your hands on the back of the head. Fold the knees and lift the front towards the knees. Hold the position for 8-10 seconds and then slowly lie back on the floor. Relax and repeat it 10 times. Do this collarbone exercise every day to show collarbones and enhance it🥀
Some other excersises u can do is push-ups, swimming and jogging/running🥀

my least favorite part of having an eating disorder is the constant arguing and bargaining in your head. racing thoughts all the fuckin time like, “okay I’ve had 75 calories today. I can have a banana and still be under 200. wait, 1200 is still considered restriction. how much would I lose this week with a daily deficit of 500 calories? I can do that. I’ll still lose weight. but not as much as if I fasted. no. just have nothing. you could lose 3.5 lbs. this week! just have nothing. people do it every day. just have a fucking banana. you won’t even be at maintenance. but what if it triggers a binge? think about your jawline. why don’t I just have everything I want and purge? what percentage can you get back up when you purge? hey google…” AND IT NEVER STOPS.

Wow
Doing 7000 jumping jacks burns 3500 calories, which is exactly a pound. So if you divided these amongst your day, you could easilly knock an extra pound off the scale.
I’ve been trying to work out the math. 700 jumping jacks an hour for ten hours? 1000 jumping jacks every hour for seven hours? Ect. But let’s just say I’ve been doing a shit ton of jumping jacks.

BEST ANA TIP EVER
So apparently, if you mix apple cider vinegar with water, it'll boost your metabolism.
HOWEVER!!! I read a recipe a couple of days ago and you basically add cinnamon and sweetener to the mix.
It still works for the metabolism but it also smells and tastes like apple pie!!! 🥧
It also helps with cravings apparently.
IDK if it really works with the metabolism since I haven't even tried plain apple cider vinegar but it does taste nice, smells delicious and I was craving cake and now I don't!
The recipe:
- 1L of water
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- sweetener according to your liking
I made it just now and had a few sips and it tastes GOOD!
