“Oh! Miss Campbell, good afternoon! I didn’t expect to see you here,” Jacob noted, looking up to her with eyes lit up with slight but pleasant surprise. 

He was sitting at his desk chair, curled up with his full coffee mug set beside a sketchbook, flipped to a fresh blank page. While normally he’d take his breaks with everyone else, sometimes it was nice to just sit in his own corner as the department quieted with the other artists’ leave to the Break Room. 

That, and his dedication and passion for both art and for his job, hardly ever rested. He was always striving to prove how appreciative he was to have the position he did; to show that he deserved it and would go above and beyond to help the Studio and its works to be the best that they could be.

“What brings you here?” He asked. Not that he minded her company, of course! Quite the opposite, he always enjoyed any moment he had to chat with the actress. He just figured she was always taking breaks elsewhere, or that she could take them whenever she wanted unlike himself.
