Had a bit of a difficult week as of late, with my period [ :( the bloating] and then my birthday... Don't get me wrong, I definitely enjoyed my birthday food, but it sure was a lot! :(
Att least I just maintained for the most part, it's a bit hard to tell, since I'm still a bit bloated from the last bit of my period. Anyway, I'll be working on getting back on track now!
Also, I know I'm not to most constantly active on this blog, but I'm still here! :0

Just a list of the progress I've personally made, not all big changes, but small things I've come to notice and appreciate :)
My chest has gotten a bit smaller (I never had much to begin with, I was already pretty small-chested, but I've noticed less in that area).
It feels more "boney" to sit down lol (less cushioning down there, though again, I didn't have that much there to begin with).
I don't feel so much excess fat moving up and down as I walk.
My collar bones and ribs are a bit more defined, as well as my spine and shoulder blades.
My stomach pudge, though definitely far from flat and super nice-looking, has gone down. I've always had kind of a crease on my stomach with extra "padding" lower down. . . I had always felt hopeless about it, thinking it was just the way I was built, but I'm proud to see the progress I've made in that area especially, and that it is possible.
Anyway, I know I can't have full control over the structure of my body, but the small progress I've made so far has been nice to notice! :D

(I know there are some low cal brands of chocolate almond milk out there, I've seen Blue Diamond Almond Breeze has a 40 cal one), but this is for if you want to make it yourself! :)
.₊˚⚘·₊˚ Ingredients ˚₊·⚘˚₊·.
1 cup low cal almond milk ≈ 30-35 cal (depending on what brand you use)
2 teaspoons cocoa powder ≈ 8 cal
1-2 packets zero cal sweetener (I used 1 sugar twin)... or... If you only have regular white sugar.... 1 teaspoon ≈ 15 cal
Small splash vanilla extract ≈ 4-6 cal
.・。⋆·₊˚₊·⋆。⋆·₊˚・。⋆·₊˚₊·⋆。⋆·₊˚・。⋆·₊˚₊·⋆。⋆·₊˚・。⋆·₊˚₊·⋆。⋆·₊˚.
Mix everything together in a blender or shake thoroughly in a bottle with a secure lid.
1 cup serving can be on a range of 42-64 calories at most, depending on the ingredients you have.
I've been enjoying it quite a bit lately, especially with the summer weather. I really like the almond flavour with chocolate, and it's not too sweet! :) Though I will say, I have gotten a few small bits of unmixed cocoa powder when I've made it, but they don't affect the final result to me! :3

Got about 19k steps yesterday and today :D ... My phone health app says I burnt about 600 calories yesterday and 561 (so far) today. I also did a bit of exercise today.
I did have some junk food today because of cravings, feel kinda bad about that, but overall, did alright I think.
My weight (without clothes) has actually gone down to around/a bit less than 114-ish lbs (in the morning), but I like to make sure I can maintain it before I update my stats.

Went on a nice walk today and got 15k steps!! :) My phone says it was around 400 calories burned!! :3
I also got some advice so I'm kinda trying out a sort of OMAD thing, at least in terms of a more solid meal.
I do need to eat some yogurt in the morning to take my vitamins with, but then I try to stick to water and fun low cal drinks throughout the day. Then I'll eat a meal around early dinner time.
So far, it seems to be going alright (^v^)b

It's been super hard lately, been eating really bad these past few days, my period is also coming up as well :"(
Living with my family and needing fuel so I'm not tired for work makes it even more difficult as well. I feel like I'm ruining all the little progress I've made so far and it's just gonna get worse :( I've just lost all my control.
Plus I'm just generally tired and unmotivated reguardless... My OCD is really upsetting me at the moment especially too.
But if anyone has any advice for anti-binging that's actually worked for them, let me know!

The mostly liquid diet plan went alright today, I ended up having a few light snacks, but I stuck to it well enough.
I mostly had some things in the morning before my walk, since ironically, baking and cooking are hobbies of mine, so I do try some of what I make sometimes.
I also got my steps in today, I always try to get a good long walk in, especially on my days off.
Also!
One of the recipes I tried out today was DIY potato chips!! They were so easy and way less bad for you than actual chips! No oil or oven required.
Slice a potato into super thin pieces (carefully).
Lay in one layer on a plate over top of parchment paper.
Add a bit of seasoning (garlic and onion powder with a tiny bit of salt is what I tried).
Microwave for 4-6 minutes (or until they start to brown, make sure to WATCH them so they don't burn).
Let them cool.

I'll have some small amounts of solid food (mostly in the morning to take my vitamins with), and I've got plenty of protein and low cal drinks, plus some light veggie broth soup to have, so let's see how that goes!
