"Hm... That would add up with the way the freak has been experimenting on his soldiers. An army of super soldiers." The idea was daunting, but hardly new. He moved onto the road, without so much as a glance back at the camp he had left behind. Were they even still there? He couldn't think about that now.

"First order of business, I'm to bring you to a healer. Then I need to find a replacement for my spear. From there we'll have to find a way to reach this Heihachi. And more importantly, to stop him. I cannot allow the coven to fall."

The vampric messenger looked relived to have the support of the young prince, even if the news that his highness no longer had his allies worried him. Steadying himself in the work to find aid. He began to tell Ryan everything he knew.

"This Heihachi possesses incredible magic and strength. He was able to bring a child back to life, He was last spotted in the palace with Novis. They were discussing a plan on the creature's next move once this continent is under his control. This ritual, I couldn't get all the details. But it apparently will grant the creature and his generals even greater power in exchange for the sorcerer getting his own domain.."

"Novis is a greater fool than I believed... The vampire coven is a resource.." That's what he told himself for months. The way he stopped himself from worrying about his step-mother. He crouched down, wrapping an arm around the messenger and allowed him to lean on him for support. "Don't you dare die on me. At present I am without allies and require more intel. I need to know everything you can tell me about this Heihachi. Including last known location." He practically hauled the messenger towards the road. If his former allies wouldn't help, he'd find aid in the nearby town.

she felt derpy jump on her as she was laying with jinu. "What's this"she teased. (Rumi asks. )

Jinu chuckled, watching Derpy suddenly make himself home on Rumi's lap "I think someone wants attention." he spoke with amumsent. In many ways the tiger acted more like a tiny house cat then the dangerous creature he should be. Not that his owner minded one bit. Derpy was perfect as is.

"Only when they don't get know you. but maybe he'll have something to help for the mean time?" Zoey looked thoughtful, "That or maybe Bobby has an idea? He's the best like that."  Their manager was amazing like that, no matter what he always seemed to have an idea or twelve on how they could take care of themselves, he may not know anything about the demons, but everything else? He was a star.

Mira raised an eyebrow at Zoey for mentioning the doctor in the back alley. Did she really expect Mira to trust that doctor when he didn't even help Rumi? "If he got scared before, he'll get scared again. I tend to scare people, remember?"

(to Ryan) A frazzled, bleeding messenger of his mother, rushes to the former prince, (As soon as he got down from that tree of course.) "Sire..Sire.. important news. T..He..mad creature Novis, he gained a new ally. They intend to wipe every vampire off of the kingdom."

Ryan was relieved to finally be let down. However that relief shifted into panic very quickly. He stared at the messenger eyes wide. "I need names. Who is helping that genetic FREAK hunt down the queen of Vagrand herself?"

Without even a care in the world, He began to shimmy out of the gore stained leathers that made up his disguise. The figure obscuring jacket, combat boots and tactical pants were the first to go. Revealing a much tighter bodysuit.

"Good news is, no more attempted murders..bad news, the clean up is gonna suck." He groaned, vampires always made things so bloody. Slowly the body suit gets zipped open, revealing both his abs and the scars that marred thst otherwise immaculate chest. "Could you help me zip this all the way down? Dang thing is getting stuck mid way my back."
