You are not the only person to have fallen victim to harassment and doxxing by the stalkers. I understand exactly how it feels; many of us dealt with it years ago and it was much worse than it is now. We did not "let" them fester. We did everything in our power to expel them from the fandom.

What finally worked was ignoring the stalkers—they were gone for over a year. Were we supposed to warn you about people we thought were long gone? We ignored them when they came back and told you to do the same, but you started giving them attention and like on cue more accounts popped up like mushroom. We did not leave you for dead; you simply ignored our advice.

No one knows who the stalkers are. There is no proof that can hold up in a court of law. Twitter does not IP ban. There is nothing we could have done or can do except block, report, and ignore. Childishly tweeting that how you know who this person is—that you are the Lady Whistledown of the fandom—how do you think that helps matters?

If you have a solution to stalkers we do not know the names of, please tell us. Contact the police. Sue them. Call Interpol.

I am not talking about one person "crying about a group chat"—I have no idea what you are talking about. I'm sorry that person is racist, but the business with the stalkers has nothing to do with racism; many of the older Haladriels that were targeted and told you to ignore the stalkers are also POC.

So it’s now my fault that more accounts are popping up. Nice to know, oh so kind and well-meaning overlords.

I won’t argue with you in anon. I know what I know, I was told what I was told. The time for talking about this is long gone, in my opinion.

You should tell your friend Dhi that the appalling and cruel way she is treating and going after the kindest and most well-meaning people in the fandom makes her no better than the stalkers. This is what the stalkers want: to sow discord among us and make people leave. Congratulations on a job well done walking straight into their trap; they thrive off the attention you give them and the more fractured the fandom becomes, the happier they are.

You should come out of anon if you want to actually have a fruitful conversation, but please tell the “kindest and most well-meaning people in the fandom” that I’m still waiting for their kindness. After all, I was harassed, had my personal pictures doxxed and was impersonated, and no one moved one finger to help me, of her than to order me to stay quiet, stay silent and be a good girl.

When I asked people directly about the stalker btw, I was lied and gaslighted and told at least three or four different versions of what now seems a not so well constructed lie. I was new to the fandom and never once protected by these well meaning people, even though I had been chatting to many of them.

So please, tell me again how these people mean well, when I’m being subtweeted left and right simply for having a different stance and doing things a different way. After all, I’m still a free woman to do whatever I want in my pages right? Or am I now beholden to the overlords?

Everything I have discovered and used to protect the people being harassed has been discovered by me. No help of any of these well meaning people. But please tell them that my dms are open and I am willing to talk. However, I’m not willing to be ordered around, to be subtweeted and honestly… harassed simply because I do things differently.

Also, why are we the ones being held responsible for a “fractured fandom”? It has been for ages, and you know it. Just because people are willing to lie or leave the fandom doesn’t mean it’s not happening. This is not on the people like me and Dhi who arrived at maybe august of last year. You all let this stalker fester and stalkerish behaviour happen on main accounts for years. And yet keep preaching that we should just keep quiet, just ignore it. I hope you never have your pictures used for hate. But if it ever happens, tell me how ignoring it feels.

Please tell the kindest and well-meaning people this. How they never bothered protecting the fandom, and left the new people for dead because they weren’t being harassed. Please tell “the older haladriels” this. God knows I wanted, but well, the overlords never answer.

Also if you’re talking about that one person crying about a group chat, I have proof they were racist with how was it you said… yes, my friend Dhi.
