I don’t usually read a lot of stories which have anal because I feel like its a very technical act - a lot of preparation goes into it, a lot of details need to be provided to make sure the act is explained realistically and more than often I’ve found that this tends to really damped my mood a little. This story though, WOW, just wow, incorporated something as intense as anal with all its appropriate technicalities into softcore porn?! SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL. I love the whole concept of best friends being in love, I love their relationship, I love the very simple and effective build up into the anal scene, I love the softness that 6.5K so amazingly put across - this fic literally had everything.

To begin with, I simply love how this story starts where most stories of best friends to lovers AU end - at the point where best friends have already become lovers.

I've always loved reading this AU, I think one with a lot of potential but I also think its just as hard to execute and do justice to. Because there is a difference between the love that best friends share and the love that lovers do and more than often, the two are confused.

This story explores the aftermath of two people who confuse that love and that too in just 3.7K words- I think that's amazing! The smut was no doubt good and very appropriate, the emotions explored were so apt, the pain and the thoughts the characters went through seemed so real.

I 100% would recommend to read, Astraia had done such a beautiful job here ❤

Best friends to lovers AUs are always a treat to read and this definitely was one. I love the relationship between Jimin and OC, how they sneak around and are desperate for each other but also mindful of the child in the house. I love the little of Jimin’s and Jihoon’s dynamic we get. Especially when he says ‘Going to beautiful countries isn’t exciting if I can’t bring the two of you along.’. Not just the OC but her child is just as important to him. *Swoons*

The smut was of course really good. There’s something about smut that uses dirty talk without degradation that I really love. And not to mention, a great balance between dialogue and description.

This just has to be the first story I recommend on this blog.  

Honestly, every single one of Dia’s stories can be recommended, but ‘over again’ holds a really special place in my heart. It was the first story that truly inspired me to give stories on tumblr a chance and even to start writing my own.

Where do I even start with this story? (Spoilers)

The way she used the rain and the weather to explain the growing relationship between the character from when they met to when they parted? So beautiful. The loneliness that the OC feels in Jimin’s absence, the way she goes through the things in his house, how she remembers the times she spent with him how hard she tries to move on – they hurt in the most wonderful way. The imagery, the pace at which the story flows, everything is so well thought out and balanced. I find it amazing that there’s not much we know about Jimin and OC as such but it’s so easy to connect to them, so easy to feel their pain and all those emotions. Using such few words, Dia really manages to put across the depth and beauty of their relationship, I’m in awe.

On rainy days when the sound of the raindrops is the only sound in the room, sitting by the window, I know this is the story I will go back to.
