Today marks the day my dad made the journey to heaven 6 years ago. I'm kind of a rollercoaster mess today. Its easier to handle now, but it still burns. We all miss him with all our hearts. He was our strong silent man who made us laugh and yelled with a vengence when we were in trouble. He stayed home with me and my brothers while my mom worked. He worked nights of my family needed the money. He was always always there for us. He was married to my mom for 40+ years, and showed us what it meant to be a godly husband. Oh and before I dissolve into tears, you see we come from small skinny people. How both my brothers and I got 'big' (they are both 6 feet) and are not super skinny, I'll never know 😋 #grief #dealingwithit #dad #ineedanap #pregantemotions #jesuslovesme #rolemodel #loved #death
