🢒 Hamzzi's Board: Weekly Update

Week of 8/12 - 8/17

Hello everyone! It’s time again for our weekly update, it’s been a long week, but we’re pulling through it!

1. Recent Events

We know with recent events, the atmosphere of the family has gone down drastically. Although we have lost many good people, it will be okay! We are still a family and we will continue to work together to make this a great community to be a part of. Please remember that we are amities, not animosity. If you have any problems at all, please do not hesitate to come to the mod account. The admins want nothing more than for each of you to feel comfortable around here!

2. New Admins

A few of our admins have taken their leave so amities needs a few new people on board to help out around the place! We’re looking for people with the following attributes to add to the team: - Someone with admin experience - Someone who can work in teams - Open-minded and unbiased - Good with graphics/coding

The first three attributes are not required, but highly preferred; the last one is definitely someone we need. If you’re interested in fulfilling the role, message Hamzzi, we would greatly appreciate the assistance!

3. Activity Levels

It’s that time of the year where everyone’s getting ready to head back to school and we know a lot of you guys are part of that group; work and social life also play a large role in our lives as well. However, we have noticed a drop in activity recently, don’t be afraid to get out there and chat someone up, new or old! Share a favorite picture or maybe a song recommendation! To those who have been posting, we appreciate it and keep up the good work! Make sure you guys acknowledge other people’s posts too, without comments or reactions some people lose motivation to post. We love seeing your bright faces every day interacting! If you think someone is taking a while to respond, give them a nudge, maybe they forgot, please try to include everyone!

4. Upcoming Events

We hope everyone who participated in the last event had fun! It’s been a while since our last event, so it’s now time for us to start planning our next one! We’d love to hear your input and suggestions, please leave a comment with any recommendation you may have!

 Paragraphs are daunting, we know, but you’ve made it to the end, hooray! Thank you to everyone for sticking with us through this rut, we appreciate you all greatly. It gives us a lot of hope to keep this place going and we appreciate it greatly. We hope that you guys are getting the rest you need and continuing to stay cool. Eat all the good food that you can and spend time with your loved ones, maybe that’s a pet? Remember to stay hydrated as always and take care of yourselves!  🐹💗
