Hey y’all. Long story short, I got fired today from my job so I’m opening up emergency art commissions to keep myself with some work until I get another job. I wanna say FUCK the canadian government for going back on their word and legislating the Canada Post workers back to work. What an absolute betrayal, and I am so deeply disappointed in the NDP who said they wouldn't let this happen.

I really can't see how you can pin this on the NDP. They support the workers and don't have the numbers to force the Liberals to change their mind. Its a minority government.

This is all on Justin Trudeau and his spineless centrist caucus.

This took such a huge amount of time to do simply because I was getting over the semester and I didn’t want to touch this again until I was officially done. Shout out to @/Shammy for giving me the Alice bug again with the streams she did a while ago and sorry I’ve been gone for a minute. Just over here working and drawing.

But I am happy to have time to draw again now that the semester is over and I’m over all of my food poisoning symptoms.

My name is Basel Ayyad, a 28-year-old Palestinian from Gaza. My family of eight was forced to flee the home that once held our memories and dreams in northern Gaza, after it was destroyed by the war. We now live in a small tent in Rafah, in the south, without shelter to protect our dignity or resources to sustain us. Our lives have shifted from stability and safety to unimaginable suffering, as we endure the cold, hunger, and fear, deprived of the basic necessities of life.💔🍉

In the south, we struggle daily just to survive, facing severe shortages of basic resources and skyrocketing prices. Starvation looms over us as we desperately search for a way to feed our children. But the greatest pain is watching my daughter, who suffers from a rare disease that affects her growth and vision, deteriorate before my eyes due to the complete lack of medical care and essential supplies.

We appeal to anyone with a heart full of compassion to stand with us in this devastating ordeal. We are in desperate need of food and basic aid.
