メモ: Koutarou Suga I’m used to it
Really, though, what the teen couldn’t quite figure out was just how nice this guy was trying to be all of a sudden. A little while ago, they’d swapped a few insults, and Suga figured it would be the last he’d see of this stranger.
Instead, Fuyuhiko made a point to wait around for him just to apologize. He was even kind of nervous about it.
Weird, but nice.
Tumblr media
「¥」It was a little confusing for how the other male responded, but the gangster couldn’t let that get to him; the other male was probably still pissed off at him for the angry reaction.. God he probably needed to hold back when it comes to anger; especially around random people in public.. God he shouldn’t have skipped that anger management class… Oh wait, he hates classes… Fuyuhiko mentally slapped himself for feeling so awkward..
“Are you sure?? I just want to make sure that you’re alright.. Especially with how random my anger was… O-Oh um.. I nearly forgot to introduce myself.. My name is Fuyuhiko…”

For several long moments, the museum manager simply stared at the foreign man. He supposed his observations held true, but they were also blatantly obvious. Owning a glowing sword - or any sword for that matter - wasn’t exactly safe, but neither was Suga’s previous occupation.
He only really continued to practice with it out of a deep seated paranoia that the spirits could come back. Either way, the blade was sheathed - he could practice with it another time.
Memo: Did you need something?
One Has Entered the Throne Room

||♚|| “ ….that doesn’t look very safe, ”
Sion murmured. He watched the other with piqued curiosity.
And mild horror.
“ Or legal. ”

It was less intimidating than trying to use the oven again, so Suga really couldn’t complain. Decorating the cake seemed like it would be a little more suited to his own talents than the actual baking process, too.
Tumblr media
“Okay.”
The little reply was lost on Lillian with how quickly she rushed out of the room, but the quiet man didn’t really mind. He’d probably make her show him what all the different tips did - piping bags, stencils and icing colors were simple enough.
“ No problem! ”
Is all she says in response, still beaming and looking over the cake, before getting back to business again.
Tumblr media
“ Now all we need to do is decorate it! I have a lot of different piping bags, tips, stencils, sprays, and many colors of icing to choose from! ”
And then she’s gone, collecting all said items into her arms, before rushing back and toppling all of them onto the counter next to the cake. It was a very impress ( and possibly intimidating ) spread of equipment and icing, but she hoped Suga wouldn’t mind that she was wanting teach him all of this, too.
“ Now, look over all of this, while I get us both a bottle of water. A-And you don’t have to do any of this is you don’t want to, I just thought it’d be fun to try all of this, too. ”
Then she’s gone again, rushing up the stairs at the back of her kitchen and into her apartment upstairs to get water bottles out of her fridge.

The conversation became even more pleasant when the young woman seemed to settle down; it wasn’t often that Suga could put another person at ease, but they’d found at least something in common. Which, actually, lead to even more common ground.
Tumblr media
“.. Do you make jewelry, or just sell it?”
There was no reason to comment further on Hokkaido for now - the mixed man hadn’t actually seen much of it outside of his “home,” due to certain complications. It was easier not to think on it, and Suga was far more interested in jewelry. He couldn’t exactly make any pieces after his move, but he really did miss it.
Tumblr media
{ ♪ } – “Oh, neat. My dad was from Hokkaido as well, but he lived in the city his whole life. I’m Italian as well as Japanese, so yeah!”
She smiled, starting to feel herself relax a little. If she wanted to stop her incessant babbling, she’d have to calm herself down. There was some common ground, so she had a solid area to start.
“I don’t really know much about Hokkaido. I’ve only visited a few times, and I never really got a chance to explore. It seems like a nice place, though. Canada seems really nice too! It’s my first time here, even though I’m relatively close in New York. My parents owned a jewelry shop there, and I took over. My friend that I’m trying to meet up with is actually trying to help me find new inspirations.”
Her tone had settled as well. Instead of being as jumpy, she found herself in a comfortable enough stride. Bella let her eyes wander, taking in the scenery around them. It brought more curiosities to mind, but she decided to let them be.

Honestly, he never expected to see his mute friend ever again, especially after Suga moved far away from his original home. It was a pleasant sort of surprise, even if he figured there were more interesting places for Link to explore.
All he could really think to do was offer the elf a tiny wave; what could he say to someone who knew him as a fellow mute?
@amai-kuma
Tumblr media
Surprise was a common emotion for even a hero, and when he discovered his old friend once more, Link’s wide eyes closed for a grin. He wondered how the other was doing- Had he regained the voice he lost? Maybe he was even up for a little sparring! ..Scratch out the latter. Not even Link was up for some sparring.

Mouth opened, then closed - nope, still mute. About a decade of silence still wasn’t enough for it to truly get through his head that the only sounds he could make were sighs and gasps and other breath related things.
Not that Suga even knew what to say to the other teen’s sudden change of heart.
メモ: Why? It’s fine
He really was at a loss in such a situation.
Tumblr media
“H-Hey..”
>>[Noting the mute boy, Fuyuhiko looked up from the ground and walked toward the other male. He just needed to apologize, at least to the best of his ability… After a few seconds, the gangster walked toward him, hands shoved into his pockets. Honey hues looking up, he offered him a small smile.]
“Y’know I was just a little pissy earlier.. I apologize for my over-the-top reaction.. Can I make it up to you somehow??”

“.. It’s fine.”
Sulking tended to be his first reaction when it came to minor things that upset him; when there was a real problem that he felt determined to fix, Suga acted almost impulsively - yet somehow intelligently - but this was a different matter. It was not life or death, and it was something that only inconvenienced and upset him.
That made it matter less, so sulking would have to do. The other man seemed apologetic enough, anyway.
Tumblr media
As childish as it might have been, Eddie couldn’t help but feel genuinely upset over the spilled soda. He made such a mess (and an inconvenience to boot). And with the mess was the fact that the soda was now wasted. “I’m fine,” he assured the other, though the frown was still obvious on his face.
“I can pay to have your sweater cleaned, if you need me to.” It was the least Eddie could do, considering how this was his fault.

A quick nod, before Suga decided to explain a little.
“Yes, I moved here a while ago.. Do you travel often?”
A stupid question, since he’d met her completely by chance on two occasions; obviously, the spirit girl would say yes. At least he was trying to make conversation. Last time he just freaked out.
Tumblr media
“Hello. It has been a time, yes…”
At the very least he didn’t seem scared of her this time. It was an odd coincidence to find him in this place. She’d usually just cross paths with people if she decided to visit them, since it was harder for them to move through places.
“D-do you live here too, sir?”

「すみません…日本語で話しますか?」
He looked Japanese at least, and with the way he struggled over English words it was a safe guess to make; still, Suga would feel absolutely humiliated if the man looked confused and uncomfortable.
Of course, if he was correct, it might make the conversation less awkward.
           “You are.. Welcome.”
That sounded correct, but it wasn’t as if Yasuhiro would ever correct himself. That was embarrassing- And honestly a little shameful. The other seemed to want to say more, but the kendo master handed him his sword before that. Whatever needed to be said should be with his blade.

He couldn’t exactly offer to give the teenager money; his own financial status was incredibly shaky at best. His feelings contradicted each other, too - half of him felt slighted for being yelled at for something that wasn’t truly his fault (as per usual), but the other half just felt guilty for upsetting the red head.
The stranger was even hugging the broken robot.
Tumblr media
“.. Can it be fixed?”

❝  ‘ Sorry ? ’. ❞ Jack repeated, completely          furious.  ❝  Man !  Do you know how          much it costs one of these ? ❞
Jack took the broken robot to hug them, glaring at the other one.

The joys of being caught in the act of staring - now Suga felt even guiltier than before and he had to attempt conversation.
Tumblr media
“I.. don’t really have any plans. Just wandering around.”
It wasn’t really a lie, either. The mixed man didn’t leave his shared apartment with any ideas on where to go; he just needed some fresh air after reading a book in quiet solitude for most of the morning.
This is a nice place, Vore thought. He was observing the environment, its buildings and its people. In that moment, he realized he always found himself deducing that upon visiting new places–because anywhere was prettier than where he was from.
As he continued scanning faces, he stopped when he made eye contact with a young man. Judging from the stare he was giving and the way his mouth curled slightly, it appeared the man was having some unfavorable thoughts. Vore wasn’t one hundred percent sure if it was himself the young man was silently criticizing, maybe they just happened to lock eyes, but now he felt compelled to interact with stranger, anyway.
Tumblr media
Vore strolled towards the man, waving. “Hello, stranger! How are you on this fine day? Having a good time, I hope? I sure am having a good time. I came here to sight see. So tell me a little about your plans today, just for the sake of friendly small talk.”

At least there was something he could do right. The praise felt a little heavy on his shoulders - unnecessary and overdone to make up for his inability to actually heat things - but he couldn’t reject it either.
Suga had always been good with his hands; he made slips of paper into origami and could make tiny fragments of glowstone into shiny jewelry. His inability to draw didn’t count.
Tumblr media
“Thank you.”
For everything - he knew he wasn’t easy to work with in the kitchen, but Lillian was trying hard to be patient and help him. It was more than Garry could manage; he’d been banned from the area in their apartment.
Tumblr media
The baker watches as Suga tries again, beaming when she sees progress in his work. Of course, it isn’t perfect, but Lillian wasn’t going to put this down. He’d been working hard these past few hours, and seemed to really try his best to get everything right. And though the recipes were a bit hard for him to keep up with, and the baking process itself almost did turn into his fabled fires, icing the cakes seemed like the best work he’d done.
Honestly, after he stepped away and the woman took a closer look, she was genuinely impressed.
“ You did a terrific job, Suga! You must have steady hands; barely an icing crease on this thing. Some people might even be fooled that it was fondant, if icing wasn’t so shiny. ”
She’s giving out maybe a bit too much praise to the man, but it was very clean cut, and she wasn’t really expecting it to be so spot on.

Master? Oh.. oh no, he was in the wrong place. The embarrassment would haunt him forever, but he also didn’t want to seem rude to this butler/waiter.
Honestly, all Suga wanted was to rest for a while and get a cup of tea - he’d finally decided to explore a little, but being kind of a shut-in made that a tiring sort of thing. The train back home would take forever, too. Really, living in a remote village was a huge hassle.
Tumblr media
“I-I.. Thank.. you?”
He’d probably end up going along with it, though.
amai-kuma liked for a starter
Tumblr media
Michael was waiting at the cafe’s door for a while now. Sure it’s past lunch time, but he was hoping that someone would come in for some coffee or tea. Maybe a cake to take home at least. Sometime had past since then, and he was now waiting near the bar, then the door’s bell ring. Alerting him to the door to the customer. Michel bowed down at the gentlemen and said,  “Welcome master. I’ve been waiting for you.” His tone was mature as well as calm, and his butler get up was fashionable. He was in no means trying to put this gentlemen into a corner, but he would be lying if he said he didn’t think, that this man looked like a interesting guy to talk too.

It was a tiny bit of relief when his guest didn’t comment on the various burn marks in the room, and it made him smile a little to see just how excited Lillian was about the underused kitchen.
Memo: Surprise me
Honestly, though, when it came to food, he wasn’t super picky. Suga would willing eat anything that she cooked up so long as it wasn’t burnt. Plus, he didn’t want to worry the foreigner by saying that he didn’t really eat breakfast except when he had visitors.
Tumblr media
Receiving the memo, and, with it, the permission to cook breakfast herself, makes the baker relax some, knowing that this might help the manager calm. She follows him silently, then, into the museum’s kitchen. The pristine room, albeit with a scorch mark here and there, made Lillian’s eyes glitter, immediately going towards the fridge to skim over what he had. Which wasn’t much, but it should all do just fine.
“ What do you like to eat for breakfast? Or should I just sort of make some magic and surprise you? ”
