I’m not doing badly. Really I’m not. But sometimes, at night, I get reminded of things. Things she said about what she wanted to do to me. What he did in that closet. What he said in that closet. The jar. The perfume. The birthday gift. Sometimes I don’t know what’s real. There’s a gap in my memory made by apathy. Feeling pretty because at least he wanted my body. At least she thought it was good. I’m doing good. Actually. But sometimes the thoughts come unbidden into my head. Nightmares come back. Memories of my childhood, of my dad’s childhood. The trauma that shaped my life. It crashes down on me with no warning.

wicked headcanons/ stuff from the film

Minor wicked spoilers!!!

“Friend? Yes” The pause after friend. She’s so honored that elphie would call her that. She’s proud of it. In that moment, after she is asked if she was friends with the witch, all the memories of them together flooded back. They weren’t just friends. But if that is what they were called, she would bear the title with honor. Only after the gasps did she remember what weight that carried to the citizens. The twisted, distorted being that they were calling “the wicked witch.” They did not see Elphaba. Fabala. Her elphie. They saw a monster. 

Frock. Coat. This simple froat. Boop!1

Magical wise ones remind me of a Vegas fountains show 

Taking about her being green- i see an nose I see a curl theme 

Sweet gelphie moment- because I knew you motif 

Wizards bolo pin. Looks like eye in vines. 

Wizard says “Omaha” and they think he’s speaking a magical language  

“I could care less what others think” I have a feeling this will come back during Couldn’t Be Happier. 

Galinda screams when she gets excited 

Glinda can’t stay up past 11 pm or she becomes manic 

Elphaba gives those she loves poppies. A few days after she “died,” a bouquet of poppies shows up in galinda’s house. 

Galinda hates poppies, but she always kept a fresh bouquet around for elphie

Only those close to elphaba can call her fabala. Only galinda can call her elphie. 

Elphaba put Galinda to sleep with poppies because she knew Galinda would be too scared and rat them out. 

Grommetik would patrol the dorm hallways at night, so Galinda and elphie would cover each others mouths so it couldn’t hear their giggling. Eventually Elphaba cast a silencing charm on their room. 

Galinda would always stand with elphie at animal rights protests and make sure she was safe, even if they were there for hours. 

Galinda loves her hair being played with, so elphie would massage her scalp with her nails until she fell asleep after a bad dream. 

Elphie only lets her hair fully down when they are home alone. Galinda doesn’t ever care if it gets in the way. 

Glinda always does Elphie’s makeup. 

Both of them are freaked out by Tiktocks, but Galinda hates the ones that fly and shrieks when she sees them. Elphie will discreetly knock them out of the air and giggles as Galinda rants and raves as it dies. 

Every time Glinda tosses her hair, elphie will mimic her and Galinda will kick or elbow her 

Galinda has a habit of repeating what other people say when she’s nervous

Wizard, when asked to read the grimerie, recited all 50 US states. The citizens go nuts. 

Elphie would scratch or cut her back to make herself “pay” for what she did to those monkeys. She has long scars by her shoulder blades. 

Galinda has small dimpled scars on her arms and neck from the glass that fell on her.  Galinda is a comphet lesbian and elphie is bi you CANNOT convince me of anything else
