Today, I finally went out in public with a full on bold lipstick on, almost identical to the one in this gif.

I went to a major department store, browsed the women’s clothes section, and then eventually tried a few pairs of heels on that would be suitable for the office, happily walking around in them in front of other people.

I didn’t actually buy anything on this occasion but that’s not the point. I just did a normal everyday female thing in a normal female way.

And that’s what made it feel so wonderful.

However, I design training programs, like this Sissy School, for you to consume slowly with time in between and digest the lessons.

You can NOT work ahead. Taking this program day by day is part of the method. You cannot “finish” the program in less than 30 days. You will dedicate time each day for an entire month to your sissy training and complete as many tasks as possible while respecting your boundaries. If you rush through the lessons, you will fail out of Sissy School. Patience is a necessary trait in a good sissy girl.

What will the Sissy School Look Like?

Each day will include an actionable sissy training task, a self-care task, and a journal prompt for reflection. The first week will start out with embracing your femininity. The next week we will develop your feminine mannerisms. During the third week, we will explore your sissy sense of style and expression and live your sissy lifestyle.
