Hi! My name is Aleksandra but I go by Ally, I'm a 20 years old art history student who has been dealing with an ed for the past 8~ years or so. I've recently relapsed so the only logical thing to do was restarting an 3đ blog.
Please do not report it, just block it. I do not encourage disordered eating and fully support recovery.
I don't have a very clear image of my stats at the moment as I don't own a scale in my current appartment however will be giving approximates:
Height: 180~ cm
Hw: 90 kg
Cw: 64~ kg
Gw: 55 kg
Ugw: 48 kg (atm)
Most of my photos are mine and it's usually stated in the tags. I'll try to keep this blog mostly on my progress and feelings so if you're interested follow along. I'm in dire need of friends who understand all this.

So I was getting very frustrated thinking there is no progress or even worse that I am gaining. Tracking my weight is basically impossible since I don't own a scale.
Decided to try on some things today and was pleasantly surprised.

First photo is from the 8th of March, second is from today 26 Apr. My relapse happened at the beginning of this month.
I'd also like to mention that the corset is adjustable and has two rows of eyelets, in the first photo I closed it on the bigger size because I couldn't fit the second one, today I easily closed it on the second row.

I also used to believe I'm very square-ish naturally with no waist definition and that nothing looks good on me, let's hope that will change with this summer, I'm slowly becoming happier with how I look ...

♡ Tips for hunger ♡
εїз Feelings of hunger often come in waves and they generally don’t last more than 15 or 20 minutes.Typically if you wait it out it passes.
εїз I like sleep a lot although it was a good number of fasts before I could easily sleep.
εїз Exercise can help, sometimes a lot. Some squats, push-ups or even up and down some stairs.
εїз Brushing your teeth and tongue can suppress appetite without food. The minty taste of toothpaste discourages most people from eating.
εїз Drink a full glass of water before you eat and then sip a full glass between bites, you'll get full much faster. Remember it takes 20 minutes for the brain to realize the stomach is full.
εїз Eat denser food because it feels like more. Light and fluffy foods compact in your digestive tract and you will feel hungry soon after.
εїз Never eat anything bigger than about a cup, your stomach will expand and you'll get hungry more.
εїз An orange or grapefruit a day helps appetite away.Research suggests that     low-calorie plant foods that are rich in soluble fiber,like oranges and grapefruit,help us feel fuller faster and keep blood sugars steady.This can translate into better appetite control.      
εїз Carbonated water can be a GREAT help when you are feeling hungry during a fast. Any plain carbonated water or 0 calorie sweetened carbonated waters are safe to drink while fasting carbonated water can make you feel more full than regular water because it contains carbon dioxide! Carbon dioxide fills up your tummy super fast and can really help if you are having intense food cravings!
εїз Chewing gum is a LAST RESORT! If you really need the FEEL of eating something, sugar free gum would be your best option without breaking your fast. The reason I say this should be a last resort is because although it may satisfy your hunger temporarily, gum can actually make you feel MORE hungry later on in your fast. This is because you are giving your body the sensation of chewing, so your body thinks you are going to be getting food soon.

I feel like shit I can't properly fast and when I eat I only eat junk, I need to fix all this...
At least I started theatre again and that honestly is definitely a workout every time, I'll start walking around the city some more and try to eat healthier...

Lunch: 2 rice cakes, cucumber, 2 tsp hummus, half a small can of tuna, 3 strawberries. 160 ¢al
I'll have some fruit jelly later today as dinner and try to fast until lunch tomorrow... 75~ ¢al

For lunch I'll have this jelly thingy, it's 120 ¢al
I just can't find any sugar free low cal ones, however I've been craving sweet all day and the cute packaging convinced me.
