Have to admit as far as apologies go, that's more than I expected. Excellent. But not as much as I'm going to ask.

After a tough day of training, Allison had decided to come back to the Alibi to try another one of Maia’s cocktails. She’d managed to loosen up last time she'd visited here, so she figured it wouldn’t hurt to return. Dropping her training pack beside her, she leaned against the bar, realising how busy it actually was. She’d be waiting a while.

It didn’t surprise her that she’d been approached, Allison knew most of the Rebels… except for this one. He must be new. “Oh - no, sorry. I’m just getting a drink.” Her eyes glanced down to his guitar case, wondering if he was performing tonight. Or hoping to. “Looks like you’re gonna’ have to wait.”

One hand gripping his guitar case tight, and the other on the door to the Alibi, Simon said a quick prayer and nodded to himself before going in, the laughter and music washing over him immediately. Aside from occasionally helping out Caroline, there wasn’t much for Simon to do as of late, and so he’d been getting back into his music. Now that they were actually safe, it finally felt like the right time. He’d come to the bar in search of a gig, hoping he’d at least score some tips if they let him perform. Now that he was there though, he realised there wasn’t a single familiar face in the room, and he had no idea who the owner was. At a loss, Simon just approached the closest person he saw standing by the bar, noticing the bartender looked far too busy. “Um, hello, sorry. Do you work here, by any chance?”
