I'm thirty-eight years young and married to Michael Chase. Together, we have two beautiful children; Jack and Savanna. My family will always come before my work.

I just hope Jack isn't too angry with him. I'd hate to see father and son not getting along. I'm only one person, and I can only smooth over so much before I lose my own sanity.

I do too hon’. But he’s here now and for New Years, that’s what counts.

Go for it, hon. Shower's free and I got off my ass and finally cleaned our bedroom last night so you won't have to worry about tripping over anything. The bed's been made and the remote's on the table on your side of the bed, should you want to watch television. I'd join you, but I have to clean up the mess from Christmas, tidy up the house a bit more, prepare the food for tonight's post-party, and get a few other things done.

You ran out of ideas? I definitely like the presents, I’m going to wear the sniper bullet necklace every single day. And I missed your mother? Thank god. I’m sorry I couldn’t be home in time for Christmas. Yet, another thing I missed with my family.

Honey, I’m glad I’m home but the first thing I want to do right now is take a long shower and a long nap.

It'll come along better, now that Michael's home. Just wish he'd been home two days ago.
Really? Oh good! I’m glad he’s safe. How’s the post-party going Ali? I don’t work until tonight so if you want some help, I’ve got most of here re-put back together.

Your presents are waiting for you in the bedroom. I got you a cabinet of whiskey, I believe it is, and a necklace with a sniper bullet replica. I ran out of ideas. I was going to go with lingerie but you can have that any day you want. Also, there are leftovers in the garage and you dodged a bullet. Mother dearest is long gone.

You bought our son a car? Well.. I guess I can see the point in that. As long as he keeps his hands off of my car.

Everything did went smoothly. It only took a bit longer than I’d liked but I’m home now, finally.

I realize we don't have the money necessarily, but I bought our son a car. I felt bad for him, and he's graduating next year. It means you won't have to be our daughter's driver or worry about him stealing the car keys~ so, how did it go? I assume everything went smoothly.

I’m very glad to be home.

Alina: Chris. Chris. CHRIS...hi. I can hear crickets chirping in my house. Do you know what that means? It's time for you to text me so I can hear the annoying jingle of my crummy phone. I have nothing better to do, and I'm starting to wish I had stayed with Michael. :[

I finally got my bedroom organized, I feel accomplished. Next thing to tackle is the rest of the house. Too bad I didn't have this much enthusiasm when I was in math class...

This was what I saw when I looked outside earlier. Kiva went ballistic and became intimate with the door.

Note
Mrs. Chase, I didn't realize you were in town.
...Don't call me that, I feel old when people use the term 'Mrs.' It's bad enough the tight asses that teach my kids call me that. In any case, it's nice to see you again, Xander...it is Xander, correct? I just got back from a business trip. I've been in Beacon Hills for a while now but unfortunately, I'm more away than present.
