To install the stairs (which are recolourable) make sure to put the scripts files in the modular stairs scriptorium folder!

Tea set is functional and sims can purchase a tea from it,

Fountain has had the effects matched as best as I can do do!

Some addons - Different Column options and a two seat sofa.

WINDOW UPDATE - I have updated the windows to have 2 recolourable subsets, an oversight from when I did those last time. Have these files replace your existing ones if you have them from the every* window set! This set has also been updated.

🔮 "Recently, there's been talk of strange happenings at the edge of town. Word on the street is that merchants and carnivals have arrived, bringing with them a menagerie of strange, spooky, and even magical things. There is also a new cab company advertising family rides to Magic Town, maybe you should give them a call."

🏘️ The TS1 Neighborhood Conversion Project continues with the lots in the Sims 1 Makin'Magic MagicTown. These are recreations of the whimsy mystical lots we���ve been playing with for over 20 years now. Some have been replicated as closely as possible, while others have been modified to adapt The Sims 2 game-play, or lack of conversions. I know there are many of these recreations out there, and once again I don’t claim mine are the best.

🗂️ Each post presents the lot from several angles and includes an individual download link, for those of you who prefer to pick and chose for there own neighborhood. For some lots, the download of master-meshes is required, and often indicated in the batch post.

🗃️ For those of you who are interested in downloading the completely remade neighborhood, you can skip ahead to downloading all the necessary lots and access the link to the “TS1t2 - Makin'Magic - MagicTown Lots” download folders. Keyhole Dress (a mashup)

When I saw this top, I immediately knew I wanted to make a dress out of it! 😁 It's a mashup of Lucilla's 4t2 EP17 Blouse Keyhole and Trapping's Sleeveless Dress with shoes by Sentate.

For teens, adults, and elders, they have the appropriate morphs. I made 8 recolors, but here's the PSD for recoloring. As usual, you can choose if you want the other ages repo'd to the AF files, or not :)

We always need more nice suits, right? The originals were enabled for EM, so if you want only my version to show up for them, you have to manually edit the original files to only show up for AM (it's pretty easy to do with the Outfit Organiser!)

They have fatmorph, come in the original 16 colors (swatch is stolen), and you can choose if you want them repo'd to the AM files (that you can find here), or not :)

4T2 Luxury Party

Welcome to your new Sims 2 Stuff Pack! Where items have been made functional and some mods have even been created (thanks @lamare-sims!) Also big thanks to my @simnopke, @hugelunatic, @gayars, @gummi and @episims for being consultants to me!

What this pack includes - mod wise;

A new functional buffet platter, with this item you can place it on any surface, spawn any food item for a price, and use like a buffet table! Prices / serving quantities are tunable. Thanks Lamare again!

Drinks fountain - with thanks to @jacky93sims I managed to take their Witchy Brew Cauldron and make it a drinks fountain! It has new drinks and new GUIDs for all, so it will not conflict with the Cauldron or them drinks! The drink names and models are taken from TS4.

Drinks Fountain side note - you can buy all drinks from the fountain, but the drink colour on the fountain itself will be defaulted to the "Fruit Punch" drink, you can recolour it to be what ever colour you want.

Included is an edit (once again, thanks lamare) to Autonomous Put Away Leftovers by Mog. If you have this mod in your game, have this mod edit replace the existing file. The edit makes it so that sims wont autonomously rush to put away a dish if there is a party or if there are even slightly hungry residents or greeted visitors on the lot (that are also not sleeping, not babies and not off lot). If you do not have this mod, you can delete the mod edit from the folder.

Shadow File - Required for shadows, you only need one shadow file in your game so delete if you already have one.

Minimus Modernist | Sims 2 Tiny House Download

Here is a very tiny 2-story modern home, built on a 1x1 lot. It features a variety of textures and colors, comes lightly furnished, and is perfect for your single sim guys. It will set your sim back §28,116.

The original 1x1 template was created by MaryLou at MTS.

Let's take a little tour of the outside first. Modern homes tend to have lots of fun angles and this tiny house is no exception.

There's a patio in the back, and that's where your trash can is. You can move it back up to the front of the lot with the "moveobjects on" cheat if you don't want it here.

And another view of the front so you can appreciate all those angles and time spent going, "how can I make these boxes more interesting?". 🤣

What do you think? Are miniature modern homes going to be something you place more of in your neighborhood? 🤭

Let's take a look at the floor plans and then maybe it will be easier to make that decision.

1st Floor: Down here is the living room, bathroom, and kitchen/dining space.

Those stained concrete floors remind me of the base game before any EP's or SP's came out. 🥰

2nd Floor: Up here is the bedroom. There's also spots to play chess, and to paint pictures.

The dresser and those loft windows are Maxis "Lost & Found" Items that you'll have to grab separately but I'll include links at the bottom of the post.

And, it is possible to put a double bed up here, should your sim guy happen to find Mrs. Right, but it will require shuffling a couple of things around.

I’ve run this home through the Lot Compressor so any random references to sims that aren’t there should be removed. I have also run it through the Lot Cleaner to remove any bits of buggy code. This lot comes with a shiny custom thumbnail so it has even more curb appeal in your Lots and Houses bin! 😄

This home has 2 pieces of CC which are Maxis "Lost & Found", or pre-order bonus items that you may already have in your game. These can easily be replaced or omitted if you don’t want them though.

CatCafe Set Part 2

It took a while, but i finished what i had in mind for the catcafe. Its not too much, but here's what you got:

✤ The cat pancakes (medium poly) by HappySims. They're cloned from the game's pancakes and you'll need the same cooking skills to make them;

✤ Strawberry Mousse Cake by TianaSims, low poly (Yes, i'm aware its not cat-shaped), cloned from the game layer cake;

✤ The cookie cat cloned from the voodoo cookies by jackysims and original mesh by AiraCC. A small issue from this one: it have some small gaps holes on the mesh since i lowered the polycount. Low-medium poly.

For the download folder, you need to choose beetwen the custom plates shown in the preview or the default game from the games. You CAN'T have both in your game at the same time ok?
