"objectively physically attractive but in possession of negative rizz" is one of my favorite character concepts. i think it's so great when there's an absurdly hot person who's just a complete fucking loser. the mood is unsalvageable the moment they open their mouth kind of deal. you get no bitches because you're so sucks.

the thing people don't understand about the destiel vs good omens polls is that........ we really will keep doing it until destiel wins. no matter how long it takes. because that is the heller way. how long did good omens shippers wait for their ship to go canon? two seasons? weaksauce. we waited 13 calendar years. all of which we were relentlessly told we were insane by both the rest of the internet and, in fact, the show. but well guess what happened in the end.

the paris catacombs are 1000x more fucked up than i imagined

the way they could have had Dean rescue Cas from the empty, creating a bookend circle that is actually meaningful because it demonstrates how the characters have grown, rather than resetting them to the first season and undoing 15 years of development. it was literally there on a silver platter for the writers to take. the theming had been established, the narrative structure pointed in that direction, there was foreshadowing and parallels. it could have been a beautiful ending to their story; the man who believed he didn’t deserve to be saved rescued by the Angel who would fall in love with him, and the Angel who believed his love could never be returned saved by the man who had found his faith within him. they quite literally could have created a love story epic. this story could have had the potential to be historical, both in execution and reception. and instead they chose rusty rebar and a party city wig.
