Aaaand....it’s out...well it was yesterday...after forever Great to have Ego Murders (album) out on @fourfloorrec - now exclusively on @beatport It took me forever to decide what to do with all this tracks as there’s a diversity of sounds and styles, and it seems like going with our own label made way more sense. This was my studio in Barcelona where I spent most of my time during the last years. The acoustic treatment was designed and manufactured by myself as that’s also something I personally like to do. To be honest it was heartbreaking leaving everything behind as shipping it would be way too challenging. • In that period I also had a home studio and to be frank I managed to put most of the good ideas while being at home. For the production part having a “professional” studio can be limiting sometimes and it can take some of your creativity away as you have a schedule to follow and it feels like going to a full time job. • When moving to Berlin I was sure I’ll be renting an external studio again, but at the moment I think I’m going back to home studio as I believe you can’t force creativity.
