It helped me overcome a 3 year battle with anorexia

I love how it makes me feel. Knowing that everyone's eyes are on me.The dead silence in your mind before you perform, because you are so focused on what you are about to do. Then when the music starts everything is just a blur, it is just you and your flag. But you never go through the motions, you put your heart into it like you never have before.

All the bruises, sore muscles, pulled muscles, and stress are completely out shined by the high you get from performing.
