Recolored Horse Ranch Doors

I was really excited for the Horse Ranch pack but it bothered me that this specific door's default swatches all had white trims, so I recolored them. It is a standalone recolor, so you can use the recolored doors along with the default doors.

Anyone having the problem where selling nectar doesn't register with the nectar making aspiration????

Kinda ticked off they didn't incorporate the new pack into a new aspiration, or am I just blind??

Kinda mad they didn't add the new animals to the old pet/country living aspirations.

Solar Panel Override

While playing my off-the-grid challenge legacy, I noticed the stupid solar panels were set to 0 and not giving off any power, which is quite annoying, but you know, Sims.

Anyway, this is a simple override for the rooftop solar panel to now work off-grid.

So you want to make a sims render: a beginner's guide

But what does that even mean? What do you need to start?

To get started with sims renders, you'll need the following programs:

Blender 3.6 - to render your sims

Blender 2.7 - to export poses, accessories and objects from s4s

Sims Ripper - to rip your sims to prepare them for blender

Sims 4 Studio - to export poses, accessories and objects for your renders

All of these programs are FREE to download and use!

Blender outputs fantastic renders depending on your settings, but you'll probably want to edit them after the fact.

For editing, I recommend:

Photoshop

GIMP

Photopea

I'll be posting editing tutorials in Photoshop, but any of these programs will get the job done.

Gofundme since my mom stole all my grandpa’s money instead of paying our bills for like a year & a half! Me, my 3 little siblings, & my grandpa will be homeless if we cannot raise this money!

Short story for those who have not seen the liveblogging as this has unfolded: my grandma died November 2021, responsibility for handling my grandpa’s & disabled uncle’s finances was handed over to my mom. She developed a serious gambling addiction and stole all of their money. My grandpa’s retirement check & my uncle’s disability payments, loans in their names, maxing out their credit cards. She has not paid a single one of our bills in several months, and didn’t tell us until recently when the house people called her & threatened foreclosure. The house is over $6000 past due. Mom swore to help catch up the payments but so far has fallen through on every promise, and threatened to kill herself sooo. Not expecting much.

I can’t post a lot of pics for my family’s privacy but this is thee only real home we have ever had. My grandma is buried in the backyard. My dog is buried in the yard. Not to be dramatically Native American but the gigantic tree my great x3 grandmother planted, which every generation has gathered & played under since, is in this yard. We NEVER imagined this house would ever leave our family. Ma nanka nei- I belong here, and I’m so afraid to leave.
