FONDANT BASICS
Fondant cake decorating class enables you to create your own cartoon theme fondant cakes. In this workshop, students will learn how to make cake sponge and fondant from scratch. This workshop teaches students to crumb coat individual cakes, cover them with fondant and decorate them with customized 3D animal figurines. All materials and tools will be provided in the class. Students will take home beautifully decorated cakes that they have made from scratch.
