I’ve been horribly inactive, so here’s a little Taeyeon reffed from instagram.

I’ve been swamped with college, but here’s a gemsona doodle! Her name is Lepidolite and her weapon is a crossbow that she pulls out of the side of her head.

New semester means very little time to make art that isn't for class, but I took a break to draw my terrible elf daughter.

Last night's World of Darkness session was intense and involved player characters killing other player characters, so I drew something cute to balance out all the angst. Immortal boyfriends.

Back after like 800 years away from my tablet. This is my as yet unnamed Skiivari, which is a race of my friend burningbrother's design; they're ethnocentric god-touched ice elves with nightmare feet. I'll be playing her in a game of D&D in the campaign setting he developed!

I'm finally playing Mass Effect. My Shep might look badass here but she is the epitome of paragon, it's almost embarrassing.

Character Drawcember: an alternate universe version of one of your characters.

This was actually the character's original incarnation, but I've since ported her into other settings so I'm going to sort of half-cheat the prompt and call it good. Linh was my character in a World of Darkness game set in the DC Universe; she was chimerized with a black baza and became an overwrought superhero who could shatter eardrums and kept accidentally killing people. She was the first character I ever really inhabited and got emotionally invested in, which was both challenging and incredibly fun.

Character Drawcember: your character as a child, adult, and senior.

I played Fatimah in a game of Changeling: The Lost. She was kidnapped and enslaved by Fae, but managed to escape back to the human world after a weird blurry decade of being chained to an enormous bonsai tree. Once she came to terms with her weird new existence she got really into supernatural research, on top of her biochem major. All about that Autumn Court geekery.

Character Drawcember: an old character I don't use anymore, redesigned.

I made Adrian when I was fourteen. He was a demon whose girlfriend was a fictionalized version of me, and his backstory was based entirely on the song Down With The Sickness. I would say my characterization process has gotten more nuanced since then, but sometimes I'm not sure.

Character Drawcember: an antagonist.

Ibri was a tiefling oracle of the heavens I played in an amazing summer game of D&D. She wasn't antagonistic per se, but she almost managed to revert existence back to nothingness and ended up getting killed for it, so I figure she counts. Her heart was in the right place.

First drawing for Character Drawcember: a protagonist! I picked Rebecca; she's a total escaped experiment trope, which I'm appropriately embarrassed by, but I figure I'm allowed some cliché indulgences.

Also my first drawing in CS6, which is turning out to be a beautiful new galaxy.
