I want people to stop acting like learning your worth is this super freeing & happy moment. Those first few moments of realization is actually the hardest. Now you have to cut people off, change habits, find a new environment. That purge when learning your worth is not fun.

I hate thinking "okay let me show less love" or "let me not care so much" I HATE THAT FEELING. I should never have to feel that way. My purest form is loving hard and caring hard and nurturing hard, those are not negatives.
