(AU where post-banishment Ahsoka gets zapped back to TPM, strapped with a fundamental distrust of the Jedi, an apocalyptic vision of the future, and a mandate to help Anakin Skywalker. So, in all this, it's nice to have a confidant.)

Yo, we need to talk ‘Although He Smiles’ again. coz I think I just clicked as to who the Stranger is. It hit me like a goddamn truck halfway through rereading it. Goddamn. I had to go back to the beginning and reread the entire thing. Now the whole of Chp 30 makes more sense, as well as that little ending to Chp 6. sneaky. You broke my heart, dammit. I just- you gotta finish the story. I have to know more!

Hey, anon! Gosh, that’s a blast from the past. I haven’t thought about AHS in a hot minute. Mostly because that thing needs a rewrite and a major culling of the word count. But congrats! You solved the little mystery 😊 (At least, I think you did haha)
